They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy (Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content). You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki. More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump. |

- Hi. Following your message I've not deleted your photo; an Administrator has. Please click on the red link above to know the name of the deleting Administrator and the reason why and , if necessary, ask him/her explainations. Kind regards, --Patrick Rogel (talk) 17:16, 22 August 2019 (UTC)
--Oajibulu (talk) 08:53, 26 August 2019 (UTC) Hi, I realize that you didn't conclude the delete. But you indeed marked it for speedy deletion without asking me for further information about the image. You initiated the deletion. That makes you responsible for it. The admin simply followed your code. Many other users are complaining about your unfairness regarding WC contents on your talk page and I believe you're just taking advantage of your status. I am going through more and more Wikipedia Commons docs about content policy and 'rules' and I wonder if you've ever taken a look. Thanks for the tips however.
