Category:Gueishan Island

I just read you proposal at zh:在Wikimedia Commons建立子分類. I honestly do not see why you think you need to create a few subcategories in the category "Gueishan Island". First of all, thank you for your message and let me have a chance to explain. Thinking of creating sub-categories, it is all about making it easier for viewers to quickly find the images they need. For example, on the Category: Gueishan Island page, there are some pictures of "Milk Sea", but none of them show the huge difference in color between the Milk Sea and its surrounding seawater. I just took the photo, if there is an independent sub-category, it will be convenient for the viewer to quickly understand the actual situation. Thanks to TongcyDai for creating a sub-category. I personally tried to add suitable graphics files on the page of Category: Gueishan Island to the sub-category, but it was unsuccessful because I did not understand digital programming language, and I’m sorry for that.

Few people in the world know about the phenomenon of the Milk Sea(Guishan Island), so I think that it would be of great significance to publish the picture File: Milk Sea on Guishan Island 20200723221628 01.jpg on the "picture of the day", whether it is related to ocean knowledge or to Taiwan Geographically. （很抱歉，因個人英文並不好，大一必選英文之後就沒有再繼續修習，所以英文答覆完之後將附上較能表達個人意思的中文） 首先很感謝您的留言，讓我有機會作一點說明。 想到建立子分類，完全是為瀏覽者著想，可以讓他們快速找到他們需要的圖檔。例如，在Category:Gueishan Island這個頁面，已有一些「牛奶海」的圖檔，但沒有一張顯示出牛奶海與它周邊海水顏色的巨大差異。個人剛好拍到，如能有一個獨立子分類便可方便瀏覽者快速瞭解實際狀況。感謝TongcyDai建立了子分類，個人試著將Category:Gueishan Island這個頁面上適合的圖檔加入子分類，但沒有成功，因為個人不懂數位程式語言，也為此深感抱歉。

您好，由於Special:ListFiles/Ping an Chang沒有區分，考量到未來您可能會上傳很多，為了便於別人瀏覽、找尋及編輯，我已為您創建：

• Category:Photographs by Ping an Chang：Photograph是照片的意思，因此這是您的相簿，用於存放您自己拍攝的照片。每當上傳時就添加「Photographs by Ping an Chang」就可以了。
• Category:Files uploaded by Ping an Chang：這可以存放您上傳過的圖片，無論是別人拍攝的照片，或是您製作SVG繪圖檔，只要是您上傳的都能放在這裡。每當上傳時就添加「Files uploaded by Ping an Chang」就可以了。

提醒，兩者不能同時添加，否則會發生「過度分類」現象，你可以閱讀COM:OVERCAT這個說明。

此外，Wikimedia Commons是一次一頁最多能瀏覽200張，瀏覽方式是網格陳列（橫向6張，直向34張），不同於Special:ListFiles/Ping an Chang陳列方式，瀏覽、找尋都比較方便，而且比較好整理，因為您可以再細分出「子類別」，比如Category:Photographs by Ping an Chang可以按國家、按年代分類。

如此不就能清楚知道什麼是「子類別」。若仍然不清楚，你看底下有顯示「Non-topical/index:Hidden categories Photographs by Ping an Chang」這一列字串，Photographs by Ping an Chang就是主類別，因為那三個範例都是必須經過它才能進入，那麼反過來說，他們共通的主類別就是在上一層的Photographs by Ping an Chang。這是分類樹一個概念，有此概念就能知道怎麼樣避免COM:OVERCAT。--Kai3952 (talk) 14:09, 3 August 2020 (UTC)

@Kai3952: 您好！真的感謝！我想目前只有一個子分類會比較適當：「植物」，因為個人所拍攝的植物通常是「組圖」，即有樹、有花、有葉、有果。如將它們獨立分開，會顯得沒有價值，因為個人的拍攝主要是為了建立或是補充條目所需的圖像，並沒有講究到可以單獨來欣賞，所以要麻煩您幫忙做一更新。（關於「建築」，目前也不宜獨立出來，原因與「植物」相彷。以後圖檔更多時，再看看有何較理想的分類法，到時再跟您請教。）真的深深感謝！謹祝編安，萬事圓滿、順利。--Ping an Chang（留言） 2020年8月6日 (日) 09:38 (UTC)

分類不是用來欣賞，正如我第一句話說過：「考量到未來您可能會上傳很多，為了便於別人瀏覽、找尋及編輯」。簡單來說，你只是覺得太多子類別很麻煩，我可以理解你使用上不便。建議你使用Cat-a-lot工具，你看中文說明zh:Wikipedia:维基百科工具/Cat-a-lot，有介紹工具要怎麼設定及使用。只要你使用Cat-a-lot，一次就能自動化將很多照片移動到子類別，那麼你就不覺得麻煩了。--Kai3952 (talk) 12:50, 7 August 2020 (UTC)

至於分類問題，除非子類別（例：花、樹）太多，需要一個中繼類別（例：植物）來網羅，不然我是不建議，因為直接開門就能進到你房間，何必多設一道門先去客廳才能進到你房間，所以那反而會徒增你使用上不便。你的照片量還沒達到「千」，從Category:Photographs by Ping an Chang下一層就是花這個子類別，中間沒有經過任何類別，這已經是最簡化的整理方式。花則是與樹、建築物都是同一層級的子類別，所以你不用太擔心像你說「沒有講究到可以單獨來欣賞」，我不會過度整理，只要你照片量累積到一定程度，其實愈早分出子類別，往後我們找尋你照片及編輯都比較容易，這也是整理工作的一環，否則照片量一大，沒有整理就會造成困擾，甚至是編輯上阻礙，你看Solomon203照片累積破萬，那是好幾年也整理不完，這就是一開始沒整理所造成的。--Kai3952 (talk) 13:14, 7 August 2020 (UTC)

@Kai3952: 您好！感謝留言！先說一點輕鬆的但確實是真話：）。想到暫時不必將「樹」、「花」或是「建築」獨立出來，完全是心疼個人的「組圖」被隔離開來：），因為組圖內的圖檔常具互補功能，一旦獨立可能就失去其完善性與利用價值。個人對於「數位」編輯有極度的障礙（曾有維基用戶很真誠的鼓勵「不懂可以研究」，但對某些人如我那是不太可能的天賦異稟），所以完全沒有想到「子分類」之後會有「麻煩」：），如您所說。個人已經退休並不怕麻煩，只是像Cat-a-lot這樣的操作看了半天並不太懂（過去電腦文字編輯都由助理協助），不過個人仍然尊重維基前輩的建議與付出，個人未來會用過去已知的方法將圖檔上傳到符合的「子分類」。很好奇「子分類」的圖檔順序是按照中文字劃、上傳日期。。。在做安排的？感謝！--Ping an Chang（留言） 2020年8月8日 (日) 03:36 (UTC)

每一張照片都是各自獨立的，這本來就是如此，也不見有你說失去其完善性與利用價值，所以我不知道你為什麼有此多慮？如果你真的要做到組圖內的圖檔具有互補功能，恐怕只能靠你自己開發新的系統，否則你只能適應。子類別並不會把你的照片刪除，有何可使你心疼？假如你是為使用上不便（組圖被隔離開），有模板可以使用，讓你能快速連結，比如說「Category:Photographs by Solomon203 taken in 2012」，你會看見有一串數字「←2010‧2011‧2012‧2013‧2014‧2015‧2016‧2017‧2018‧2019→」，你按下每一個數字都可以跳換到每一個子類別，這很方便，不會有你說的編輯障礙。既然你都說不怕麻煩，你卻還要堅持你過去方法，如此前言不對後語，可知你是想拒絕而不敢直接說，那麼你可不可以告訴我，你對Category:Photographs by Ping an Chang、Category:Files uploaded by Ping an Chang這二個類別有何不滿而使你抗拒？難道是你不希望我動到你的照片？--Kai3952 (talk) 05:50, 9 August 2020 (UTC)

@Kai3952: 您好！我想是因我們之間年歲的差距以及過去學習背景之不同（個人年近70，從未學過「數位」）造成您對我上面的回覆造成嚴重誤解：）。首先，當看到個人上傳的圖檔被分成二類別時：Category:Photographs by Ping an Chang、Category:Files uploaded by Ping an Chang是真的歡喜，也真心感謝。後來對於「子分類」的看法完全如上述所言（只是造成了誤解）：我的想法很單純，如果不分開，瀏覽者可以看到我的「組圖」，那麼可能就不會覺得我是在上傳一些沒有價值的圖像，因為可能「組圖」裡有部分是維基共享已經存在、類似的圖像，而且可能拍攝得更好。個人因編輯問題已經時常打擾到其他維基人，所以在內容分享上更是絕對以嚴謹的態度在做分享，以好的內容彌補技術上之欠缺。當然以上想法是出自一個對維基編輯、運作。。。等等都相當陌生的我，因此隨即加上「個人尊重維基前輩的建議與付出」，此話並沒有勉強。關於我說的「障礙」，可能是你們擅長「數位程式」者難以想像與理解，例如，維基百科提供有「編輯入門手冊」，但個人完全看不懂。之所以會說「個人未來會用過去已知的方法將圖檔上傳到符合的子分類」，完全是針對個人不知如何使用Cat-a-lot工具而言，讓您放心。引起您的誤會真的很不好意思，希望現在的解釋是較清楚的，如還有任何引起疑慮之處，請留言讓我有機會說明。真的非常感謝！Ping an Chang (talk) 07:37, 9 August 2020 (UTC)

這張圖就是你所謂「組圖」，請你不要再想成是子類別瀏覽畫面那種網格是組圖，那是差很多的，而且這是你自己要去學習熟悉。假如你說是誤解，你不去學習熟悉，那才是會發生誤解。如果你還是會想很多，堅持反對別人幫你整理照片或者創建子類別，這代表你不適應。因為照片上傳了就等於放棄擁有，那麼就不是你想怎麼樣就怎麼樣，特別是我們所做所為只會從「有益於維基共享」這角度去思考，相對地也只會接受「有益於維基共享」的建議。對於不適應的人來說，會說出「從未學過數位」這種話，心態上就已經是在排斥了，那麼我不會勉強任何人適應這裡的環境（維基共享）。現在我不希望再看到有人對一件無益於維基共享的事一直討論，把時間投入在更有意義的事，豈非更好？--Kai3952 (talk) 12:57, 9 August 2020 (UTC)

@Masur: 您好！根據瞭解刪除原因是「提供的來源有誤，只要換上一個有此圖檔的連結即可」。個人提供的圖檔來自Marc Khanne（曾拍攝過向「Georges Fabre」致敬的紀錄片導演），但個人與此導演完全不熟（只是向他提出過著作權問題）不好意思再請他提供連結，但個人知道此文章內有此圖檔https://caussesaigoualcevennes.fr/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Tr%C3%A9vezel.pdf ，不過個人完全不懂該如何處理才能避免被刪除，是否能麻煩您協助處理呢？或是告知該如何操作呢？萬分感謝！Ping an Chang (talk) 10:38, 23 August 2020 (UTC)

I am writing to you because we are looking for feedback for a new Wikimedia Foundation project, Structured Data Across Wikimedia (SDAW). SDAW is a grant-funded programme that will explore ways to structure content on wikitext pages in a way that will be machine-recognizable and -relatable, in order to make reading, editing, and searching easier and more accessible across projects and on the Internet. We are now focusing on designing and building image suggestion features for experienced users.

We have some questions to ask you about your experience with uploading images here on Wikimedia Commons and then adding them to Wikipedia. You can answer these questions on a specific feedback page on Mediawiki, where we will gather feedback. As I said, these questions are in English, but your answers do not need to be in English! You can also answer in your own language, if you feel more comfortable.

Once the collecting of feedback will be over, we will sum it up and share with you a summary, along with updated mocks that will incorporate your inputs.

我已經將你Ping關掉，所以我才會因此沒收到。既然現在看到你在Ping我，那麼我就回答。你的問題涉及到整個社群的共識，因為「Flora」這個字是目前大家普遍接受並使用當中，所以你想要更改，那就必須向社群提出你的問題。如果他們接受，我當然跟隨，所以不是你個人找我說「Endemic plants」，然後我就應該聽你的話，因此我已經將你使用Plants of Xitou Nature Education Area合併到Flora of Xitou Nature Education Area。--Kai3952 (talk) 02:23, 27 February 2022 (UTC)

感謝回覆！可能沒有表達清楚引起誤會，個人問題與「Flora」此字沒有任何關係。個人上述的第一個問題已經解決，第二個問題是發現分類頁面Category:Flora of Taiwan （https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Flora_of_Taiwan ）內四個子分類Endemic plants of China in Taiwan、Native plants of China in Taiwan、Native plants of Taiwan以及Endemic plants of Taiwan的排列位置如能移至到該頁面以英文字母排列的子分類上方應是比較恰當，個人不懂數位編輯所以尋求協助。引起誤會不好意思。Ping an Chang (talk) 06:50, 27 February 2022 (UTC)
