Population pyramids edit

Thanks for creating the population pyramids! These all need to be moved, though, to the category "Population pyramids of xxxxx", if it exists, or to "Demography of xxxxx" where xxxxx is the country name, if it exists, but there is no more specific category available. I would also encourage creating these as SVG versions. I will see if I can come up with one that has this same format that can be copied. I think it will be easier, though, to express the population as thousands or millions. SVG has the advantage that it can easily be translated into multiple languages, like this one (79 languages, all included in one file). There are currently 286 different languages that can use each of the images you create, and it is helpful to be able to use them in a native translation, instead of English. Can you verify that the data was for June 1, or July 1? If July 1 the file can be renamed, and the description corrected. The data that I used was for July 1. Delphi234 (talk) 01:48, 26 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Germany population pyramid edit

Can you please make a population pyramid that would reflect the current state of society (2014)? That would be great. I don't think pyramids from 1933, 1950, etc. are needed that much. Thanks. Ernio48 (talk) 21:45, 4 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

China census data edit

Hey I've been making animated population pyramids by interpolating the data between censuses. Like this one for Japan: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Japan_animated_population_pyramid.gif

But I can't find the census data for china. If you could send me the data for 1953, 1964, 1982, 1990, 2000, 2010 and 2020 that you used for the pyramids here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_China#Population_of_China_by_age_and_sex_(demographic_pyramid) Then I think I should be able to animate a pyramid by combining it with other availible data. Although the change in day from July to November will make it a challange.--Tallungs (talk) 10:23, 12 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Data sources for Russian graphs edit

Hi Rickky1409, I noticed your graphs "Russia e0 by sex 1920-2021.png", "RUS births deaths 195601-202202.png", "Russian population (demographic) pyramid (structure) on January, 1st, 2022.png". Thank you for paying attention to life expectancy. But you did not mention the data sources for these graphs in descriptions. But what are the data sources? --Lady3mlnm (talk) 08:24, 14 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Life expectancy in Russia graph edit

Hi Rickky1409, I analyzed your graph "Russia e0 by sex 1920-2021.png" Is this chart correct? How is is possible to have life expectancy below 20 years in 1920, as the chart shows? Or the glitch in 1930's? How can be a mean length of life as short as 15 years for males? Can You share data sources? Freerunner (talk) 07:16, 12 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Population pyramid data for 1933-46 Germany edit

Hi Rickky, I have been meaning to create charts detailing demographic losses curtailed on Germany from both World Wars but I have seen you have created two charts for 1933 and 1946 Germany on Wikipedia already.

Do you have the data still on you for these charts? No worries if not, thanks, Tweedle (talk) 15:53, 3 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi Rickky, there's one point of incorrect data for Germany+Austria males in 1939 age 20. It shows fewer Reich males than six years younger German males in the census of 1933. posted July 28, 2023.
