You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

看到阁下对大量文件提请快速删除，理由为The website states "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED"。请注意网站申明“版权所有”并不代表该文件一定为该网站所有。以我上传的几张被阁下提删的图片为例：File:Portrait of Huang Chujiu.jpg、File:Portrait of Huang Chujiu 02.jpg 均为黃楚九的肖像照片，而该人物逝世于1931年，这些照片一定于逝世之前制作（拍摄），根据中国法律，这张照片已在中国进入公有领域，且也于美国进入公有领域，所以不应该删除。 源義信 (talk) 20:53, 18 May 2023 (UTC)

This is true. However as long as you have stated that you get the image from the website, then it's not permitted de jure. If you can, you may consider using the original link as the source.

这些文件本身就是公有领域的文件的话，即使来源网站声称自己拥有这些文件的版权，也不会使得这些文件变成非自由内容啊。打个比方，我从网上获取了一张拍摄于清朝末年的照片，上传至我自己的微博，并且自称“版权所有”，这会使得这张老照片变成我的作品，而他人使用它侵犯我的版权吗？你发的链接也没有提到任何明示或者暗示“如果来源网站声称自己拥有某个处于公有领域的文件的版权，就应该将该文件从Commons上删除”。 源義信 (talk) 21:18, 18 May 2023 (UTC)

Also, can you help me identify which images may not be infringing so I can retract them? I've only just learned that this does not constitute copyright infringement because the site has no right to claim it is copyrighted, except to say that the situation in question has been so bad in the past that I'm keeping a high line of assessment.

An additional question

Hi 源義信, I just noticed a somehow new issue. In theory it should be an extension of the previous question, but since I do still have some doubts, here it is:

• According to Article 9.4.c of Terms of Service, "Unless this website has written permission, you must not engage in any of the following behaviors: Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, establish mirror sites, etc. of the intellectual property content of this website."
• According to Article 10.1 of ToS, "The intellectual property rights of the content provided on this website (including but not limited to webpages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, computer software, etc.) belong to this website, and users use the services of this website."

Yeah, I believe the only issue is whether it's a faithful reproduction of a public-domain print. But mention it in the deletion thread for the consideration of the closing admin. Ikan Kekek (talk) 16:08, 19 May 2023 (UTC)
