Ihre vorherige Nachricht ich bin auf Ihr Gemälde gestossen, welches Sie mal hier auf Ebay angeboten hatten. Auf der Rückseite war ein sehr interessanter Artikel über den Künstler Gutav Melcher. Darf ich das Bild dieses Artikels verwenden? ich schreibe eine öffentliche Biografie über diesen Künsteler, welche ich ins Netz stellen werde. Daher wäre ich für eine schnelle Antwort dankbar. Übrigens hatte sich die Zeitung über das Alter des Künstlers nicht geirrt gehabt. Er wurde zu dem Zeitpunkt wirklich 85 Jahre alt! ALLE Daten, die bei den Auktionen des Künstlers Gustav Melcher verwendet werden, sind falsch! Er wurde am 04.02.1878 geboren, und starb 1966!!! Diese Ansicht des Kunstwerkes von Peter Hertel ist nur ein Teilausschnitt, den ich selbst vorgenommen habe. Peter Hertel selbst ist seit den 40er-Jahren verstorben. Auskünfte, auch von seitens der Vertreiber der Kunstpostkarten, ist nicht erfolgt. Ich weiss nicht, warum das Bild des Gemäldes geschützt sein sollte. Ich habe das Museum vor ein paar Wochen per Mail angeschrieben, und bis heute keine nachricht zurückbekommen. Wichtiger wären mir weitere Informationen über das Gemälde und den Maler. Aber da hat sich nicht einmal die Stadt Gravina mehr drauf gemeldet.--BURGENPARTY (talk) 13:45, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

Es gibt dabei zwei Probleme: Erstens hast du das Bild von einer anderen Webeite kopiert, behauptest aber wahrheitswidrig, selbst der Autor zu sein. Zweitens (und das steht dummerweise bei all deinen hochgeladenen Bilder) hast du die Bilder zwar unter CC4 gestellt, schreibst aber gleichzeitig, das eine freie Nutzung nicht gestattet ist - das geht einfach nicht. Lies bitte noch einmal die Lizenzbedingungen - entweder gestattest du die freie Nutzung oder die Bilder sind hier nicht verwendbar. --Alnilam (talk) 15:32, 26 May 2016 (UTC)

Jo, dann ignoriere meine Nutzungsbegrenzungen. Ich hatte das eigentlich mehr auf das Foto bei Gustav Melcher begrenzen wollen, welches die damalige Gründungsgesellschaft zeigt. Ich habe zwar die Erlaubnis für die Nutzung bekommen, allerdings nicht ausdrücklich die Weitergabe der Nutzung an andere. Ich habe jedoch auch den Nutzungsgrund, sprich Wikipedia, dazu genannt. Juristisch gesehen dürfte damit auch eine weitere Nutzung freigegeben sein.--BURGENPARTY (talk) 13:27, 28 May 2016 (UTC)
