Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Ce que je viens de faire en m'inspirant des consignes OSM mais voilà ça ne semble pas du go^ut de certains qui ont viré toutes les modifs plus certains autres apports. Pour moi c'est du vandalisme mais je n'ai pas envie de me battre.
Je me mets en congé de WP pendant un certain temps !

Pay attention to licensing

Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content: images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. File:Abbe michel.jpg seems to be free (or it would be proposed for deletion), but it was identified as having a wrong license. Usually, it is because a public domain image is tagged with a free license, or because the stated source or other information is not sufficient to prove the selected tag is correct.
