Flickr uploads edit

Hi Darthlola! Welcome to Commons! I was reviewing flickr uploads when I came across this Ksenia Semenova photo. Unfortunately, we can't keep it. :\ Keep in mind when choosing photos on Flickr that you want to upload to Commons that we can only keep images that are freely licensed (this means that anyone can copy, modify, and use the image in any way they want). On flickr, the copyright license information is posted on the image page on the lower right hand corner under the Additional Information heading. You will notice on this particular flickr page there is a copyright symbol with the words all rights reserved which means only the original photographer can use the photo, which is too restrictive for Commons licensing requirements. The only copyright limitations allowed on Commons are 'attribution' and 'share-alike' - if you see some rights reserved on a flickr image page, click on it and you will see the limitations clearly spelled out! 1.: gymnasticsunited.com: I cant find a statement on the website that says, that the image is free. The link on the left bottom is a link to Website statistics. The website contains images of persons called Martina, Bernard and Stefan (about us), but this image is made by Thomas Schreyer. The website is not FREE, the Impressum says: All images... are copyrighted by the webmaster... Non of them are to be used by other people without permission of the webmaster. That means: No images from this website without permission to Commons!
2.: The image appears also here, the author of the image is Thomas Schreyer, you need a written permission from Thomas Schreyer to publish the image under cc-by-3.0.

cc-by-3.0 means: Everyone can use this image for every purpose, not only Wikipedia and including commercial use.
Thomas Schreyer seems to be a professional photographer, making photos is is profession and he earns his money with his images. You cannot upload it to Commons and say você é livre para distribuir e modificar o ficheiro contanto que atribua o trabalho ao(s) seu(s) autor(res) ou licenciador(es) - you dont have his permission to do so.

Please respect the right of the authors, if an image appears on several webistes or if it is published in magazines or newspaper does NOT mean, that an image is public domain or can be used freely. Não vou doirar a pílula: o Commons é meio complicado ao início, e haver políticas de imagens diferentes em diferentes wikis não ajuda. Compreendo que tenha vontade em desistir de colaborar, mas basta ter um pouco de paciência, dar dois passos atrás e começar devagar, editando aos poucos. Nem precisa de ler a documentação toda ao início, vá a pouco e pouco. Aqui no Commons, comece pelos primeiros passos; e se mesmo assim achar que é trabalho a mais, pelo menos entretenha-se com as nossas lindas imagens :).
