Uitspraak arbcom

Dag Lotje,

Zojuist er is een uitspraak geweest van de Arbitragecommissie: het verzoek wordt niet in behandeling genomen. De commissie vertelt daarbij leugens, zoals iedereen in mijn verzoek na zou kunnen lezen. Er is helaas iets mis met enkele mensen bij de Nederlandstalige Wikipedia.

Zoals je wellicht begrijpt, lijkt het mij het beste mijn werk voor Commons per direct te staken. Dank voor de fijne samenwerking, en dat geldt ook Vysotsky en Gouwenaar. Het ga jullie goed. Vriendelijke groet, Eissink (talk) 20:06, 29 March 2021 (UTC).

Beste Eissink, dat er grundsäztlich heel wat fout loopt bij de nl.wikipedia, dat heb ik recentelijk ook weer mogen ook weer mogen ervaren. Leugens worden plots waarheden, regels worden (during the game) gewijzigd, willekeur, stalking, trollen, noem maar op. Vorige week las is hier bij commons nog een zeer toepasselijke uitspraak: Künstler lügen, um die Wahrheit zu sagen. Aber Politiker lügen, um die Wahrheit zu vertuschen. Het zij zo. Ik zal er eens een kijkje gaan nemen om te zien wat er loos is. Anderzijds, wanneer je een en ander kan aantonen, zou ik, gewapend met een gemotiveerd pleidooi te rade gaan bij de foundation. Er zitten moeten daar toch ook mensen zijn die Nederlands spreken? En mocht dat niet zo zijn, dan doe je het in het Engels. Als je 't mij vraagt, er is daar misschien wel een Vijfde_colonne aan het werk. Anderzijds, ik zou het ontzettend betreuren mocht je er hier werkelijk ook de brui aan geven. Je bijdragen kunnen een verschil maken (hier maar ook voor andere projecten). Denk er nog eens over na. Ik kom nog terug op de beslissing van de zogezegde arbitragecommissie. Grts. Misschien moet ik toch overwegen om daar eens mijn stem uit te brengen, want zo gaat dat, wanneer je iemand blokkeert kan die niet meer stemmen, ons kent ons, weet je wel? Vijfde colonne is hier wel juist gekozen: een groepje mannenbroeders (gereformeerde engnekken) stemt zich op Wikipedia naar de posities met macht, van bureaucraat tot arbcomlid. Niet toevallig de types die niet zo van journalisten houden. Die malen er niet om dat een hoogleraar zijn macht misbruikt om anderen een hak te kunnen zetten op Wikipedia, nee hoor, dat vinden ze allemaal heel normaal, zolang ze de touwtjes maar in handen houden. En een bureaucraat, amper droog achter de oren, die volledig losgaat op een gelauwerde historicus uit Brugge is natuurlijk bon ton, want van katholieken en Vlamingen moeten ze ook niets hebben. Ik vrees dat het de WMF worst zal zijn, hoe jammer ik dat ook vind, en verder lijkt er ook niemand van wakker te liggen. Het is beter dat ik geen energie meer steek in organisaties die kennelijk alleen kunnen bestaan in bekrompenheid, want ik voel me daarin toch niet thuis. Het is niet anders. Ik lig er wél wakker van, mocht dat een troost voor je wezen. Eén stap ben ik alvast voor: de soi-disant élite die zich boven alles verheven acht, moest daar op de nl.wikipedia eens weten wat ik weet... @Eissink: zonet heb ik voor mijn eigenste zielsrust beslist zelf een en ander uit te zoeken. Hierna alles eens op een rij gezet:

Edoderoo - 17 jun 2020 16:39 (CEST) Mocht er in september inderdaad een verzoek tot deblokkade komen, dan wil ik gaarne verwijzen naar het overleg op deze pagina.
1. Deed Edoderoo dit effectief? Waar dan en in welke taal? Nazicht leerde mij dat Edoderoo toen geen deel uitmaakte van de Arbcom.
2. Cycn maakte toen een opmerking: Misschien moeten we niet hier reacties gaan geven op deze uitspraak, niet voor én niet tegen. Hier kan Jürgen niet reageren, zoals de uitspraak laat lezen, dus als je hem een bericht wilt sturen doe dat dan op commons:User talk:Eissink of wikidata:User talk:Eissink, waar hij actief is.
Eissink reageert op 10:18, 18 June 2020 op de OP van Edoderoo Sinds wanneer ben ik levenslang geblokkeerd? Volgens mij ben ik geblokkeerd voor onbepaalde tijd en kan ik later dit jaar om herziening vragen. Volgens mij heb je dan ook hier een leugen in de wereld geholpen. Ik neem aan dat het een vergissing is geweest, maar ik zou het wel fijn vinden als je dat even gecorrigeerd.

Wat mij opvalt: de grote afwezige hier is Romaine...

Vertalen is niet hetzelfde als interpreteren, en daar heb ik het moeilijk mee. Ik vraag me af waarom Edoderoo een zinsnede als En dan bedoel ik niet van Edoderoo, die meteen in de aanval gaat, alsof ik iets geflikt zou hebben, want zijn haat naar mij is bekend, en hij mist het empatisch vermogen om in te voelen dat mijn reactie uit oprechte zorg voortkwam en hij doet niets liever dan waar mogelijk zijn gal over mij te spugen als Quote: That was indeed written as I am the only one that has good intentions, and every body else is only here to make life impossible because they are stupid and miss essential basic social skills. Dit strookt niet met de waarheid: correcte neutrale vertaling ware geweest iets in de aard van: And then I do not mean Edoderoo, who instantly acts by going into the offensive, as if I would have fixed something against him, because his hatred towards me is known, and he misses the empathic capability to sense my reaction comes from an honest concern and that he will not miss out on any oportunity to vent his bile over me...

Ik vind het helemaal niet kunnen dat dergelijke discussies worden gevoerd in een taal die niet de moedertaal is omdat de nuances en de woordspelingen niet makkelijk vertaald worden. Ook had ik een vraag m.b.t. het schenden van de privacy, want daar vind ik niets van terug, tenzij ik natuurlijk iets over het hoofd zie??? Kan jij je vinden in deze analyse? Thanks. Die "privacyschending" was niets anders dan een verwijzing naar de Twitterfeed van een destijds bureaucraat, die alleen door hem kon worden begrepen, er was niets in dat zijn identiteit voor anderen kenbaar maakte, en ik dacht dat te kunnen doen, omdat die zelfde persoon op diezelfde Twitterfeed mij als Wikipedia-gebruiker in een slecht daglicht had gesteld. Wikipedia is een beetje als een sekte, als de Jehova-getuigen bijvoorbeeld: de buitenwereld bestaat niet en men heeft eigen rechters die zich niets aantrekken van wat maatschappelijk verantwoord is. Aan Edoderoo besteed ik liever geen tijd. Met Romaine is niets mis, maar ja, een Vlaming, hè? Werd met zo ongeveer de meeste stemmen voor ooit toch niet als moderator aangesteld, stel je voor dat zo'n intelligent figuur kan neuzen tussen de rotzooi achter de schermen; voor hem achteraf mogelijk maar het beste, zoals alles meestal uiteindelijk het beste lijkt, maar de waarheid moet wel worden gezegd. Als je het niet erg vindt, dan was dit echt mijn laatste bijdrage. Maak je er niet te druk om, dat heb ik al gedaan. Het ga je goed. Eissink (talk) 15:49, 30 March 2021 (UTC).

Ik weet het... zucht, zonder in details te gaan hier en nu, maar Romaine heeft het ook een tijdje gehad. Misschien moeten we een publiek clubje maken van de getreiterden. :-) Zou zekerlijk vlug vollopen... Je keuze moet ik respecteren, maar mocht je het toch weer zien zitten, altijd welkom op mijn OP, wherever, ik ben een wiki wanderer...
