Hola Fonaider... edit

Saludos --Arcibel (talk) 22:35, 17 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Que bueno que se resolvió! A seguir actualizando, saludos! --Arcibel (talk) 01:28, 30 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Russia and swine flu deaths edit

Hello,

There have been no swine flu deaths in Russia despite what some media sources were recently reporting. Please see the official WHO page for Europe for countries reporting deaths. Russia is not listed. The announcement that Russia had recorded a death was a mistake and was quickly amended on the WHO page, stating "a death in the Russian Federation was mistakenly reported to be associated with pandemic (H1N1) 2009 virus infection."--Eightofnine (talk) 07:48, 29 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

H1N1 duplicates edit

Please take more care when marking images as duplicates as you did here and with a number of similar images. As is explained in the image description, the images are needed for articles on Wikinews since images in a news story shouldn't be updated with information after the news story was published. 10:48, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

H1N1 Portugal map edit

Hye, could you please paint in the  , this   portuguese district? cheers João P. M. Lima (talk) 20:16, 21 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Mashriq edit

"Mashriq" is actually a geographical term (not really a political term), and was used to refer to the area of modern Israel hundreds of years before it existed. If the image File:Mashriq.png were actually a map of the Mashriq, then I would have reverted you... AnonMoos 15:10, 8 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Saludos, --Arcibel (talk) 02:31, 22 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Mapa do Brazil edit

Eu gostou as fronteiras en File:Standard Timezones of Brazil.svg, mais accurato e tamben hay as islas.

< !-- UTC offsets - states not using DST -->

< !-- UTC-04:00 --> .BR-AC,.BR-AM , .BR-RO, .BR-RR {fill:#00ff00}

< !-- UTC-03:00 --> .BR-AP, .BR-AL, .BR-CE, .BR-MA, .BR-PA, .BR-PB, .BR-PE, .BR-PI,.BR-RN, .BR-SE, .BR-TO {fill:#00ffff}

< !-- UTC offsets - states using DST -->

< !-- UTC-04:00 / DST: UTC-03:00 --> .BR-MS,.BR-MT {fill:#00cc00}

< !-- UTC-03:00 / DST: UTC-02:00 --> .BR-BA,.BR-DF, .BR-ES, .BR-GO, .BR-MG, .BR-PR, .BR-RJ, .BR-RS, .BR-SC, .BR-SP, .BR-RS {fill:#00cccc}

File:International Date Line.png requires updating edit

Hi Fonadier,
Thank you for your contributions to Commons. I noticed File:International Date Line.png is out of date. Could you update it? Thanks again.jcgoble3 (talk) 01:04, 30 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fair warning edit

This is a fair warning regarding your abusive changes to two maps regarding the empire of Brazil. Dont do that again or I'll ask for your block.--Lecen (talk) 01:20, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

You are nor the first editor who claims a greater knowledge here. But I do not care. The Commons is nor like Wikipédia where you can overwrite other people's work. If you do ir again, I won't think twice before requesting your block. --Lecen (talk) 01:48, 23 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

International date line image edit

Hi Fonadier, Please read my message regarding the image of the international date line, if you agree with me perhaps you might be able to edit the image as I unfortunately am not sure how.

Below is an explanation of my correspondance with Wikimedia. Kind regards Bob

Dear Robert Bishop,

Thank you for your email. Our response follows your message.

You may well be correct. There are many versions of this (as it changed) at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:International_Date_Line.png They are all the same.

Unless you feel confident in editing the picture yourself, I would suggest you post a note to the creator/editor at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Fonadier

Yours sincerely, Ron Jones

Thanks for uploading File:Los Dalton's.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

Re: File:Standard time zones of the world.png edit

Estimado Fonadier! Saludos cordiales, --Arcibel (talk) 15:34, 2 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

File:DaylightSaving-World-Subdivisions.png edit

Hey! Comparing File:Standard_Timezones_and_DST_of_Brazil.svg and File:DaylightSaving-World-Subdivisions.png there is a difference for the eastern part of Mato Grosso. Does Mato Grosso really observe DST completely, or are there exclusions, as shown e.g. for Barra do Garças on timeanddate.com? However, the 2 maps should have the same content, could you update one with the correct information? I'm not a local :) --Cubitus (talk) 19:45, 19 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
