Thanks for uploading File:Телеграма Ќосето.jpg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there.

Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. The image is taken from the officially published book "Андон Јанев Ќосето" by "Владо Ѓоргиев" {{ https://repository.ukim.mk/bitstream/20.500.12188/1119/1/Gjorgjiev%20V.%20%20-%20Andon%20Janev%20Kjoseto%20%282016%29.pdf }} I appologize if I have missed the copyright status of the image. It is my first edit and it is still not clear to me which copyright is used for such images. Originally I referenced the image to this book. But someone made an edit on that title. Can you explain me what type of copyright I suppose to use for images taken from a books? ThanksForbidden History (talk) 06:29, 24 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading File:Телеграма Ќосето.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Телеграма Ќосето.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

I'm new to wikipedia and I really don't know which copyright category represents correct labeling. I really need some help from you guys. It was my first edit. What type of copyright should I choose for the image if it is taken from an official book?   Welcome to Wikimedia Commons. While everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the project, one or more of your file uploads had missing or false information regarding its source and copyright status. Please note that Wikimedia Commons takes copyright rules and infringement very seriously. Files may only be uploaded and included if their copyright status meets the conditions stated in our licensing policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. Files that fail to meet those conditions may be deleted, and users who fail to meet them may be blocked. Please follow our first steps, if you haven't already. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the Village Pump copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. Jingiby (talk) 17:21, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I have warned you several times, but without result. Be aware, that if you continue to upload again images, several times after they were deleted, or such with unknown author, unknown location, unknown date, taken from unreliable source as private sites without reliability as Znaci.net, or even obvious manipulations, or falsification, etc. I will report you to the admins here. Thank you. Jingiby (talk) 17:30, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
How can znaci.net be unreliable source? These last images that you try to report, are bothering you because of what they represent. Their copyright status is totally legal for use, so you have problem with their descriptions I guess. And that has nothing to do with copyright as you try to manipulate the admins here. My description is taken from the official war-archive museum of ex-Yu, you can even see the old typesetting of the machine when they archived the images and even their archive numbers. So, stop misinterpreting the facts here.--Forbidden History (talk) 18:22, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
To determine scholarly opinions about a historical topic, consult the following sources in order:
Recent scholarly books and chapters on the historiography of the topic
"Review Articles", or historiographical essays that explicitly discuss recent scholarship in an area.
Similarly conference papers that were peer reviewed in full before publication that are field reviews or have as their central argument the historiography
Journal articles or peer reviewed conference papers that open with a review of the historiography.
Earlier scholarly books and chapters on the historiography of the topic
Single item "book reviews" written by scholars that explicitly discuss recent scholarship in an area.
Introductions to major scholarly works on the topic or introductions to edited collections of chapters often represent a survey of the historiography
Signed articles in scholarly encyclopaedias. Jingiby (talk) 18:50, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for your input, but it seems that you need to consult this check list as well. Your misinterpretation of Dabnica Massacre from Prilep in 1942, trying to present it as I was referring to the one form Pirin Dabnica in 1925, is out of any logic. For you to understand for the first time to understand that there was actually a massacre in Dabnica in Prilep in 1942, maybe these Bulgarian documents will shed a light for you (http://www.oldprilep.com/ivan-kucarov/#!prettyPhoto[Gallery]/5/), cause obviously you are not even aware that this event happened. How can that be my fault or mistake? As I said above the images are museum facts, part of Yugoslavian and now Macedonian museum archives and are also used when publishing books in the past as this oneː http://macedonia.kroraina.com/jp/gal/index.html, there is the image on page 213. It's obvious that images are bothering you not their description or copyright that's why you try to misinterpret the problem with the Admins.--Forbidden History (talk) 19:07, 29 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Both of the images that were uploaded of Veselinka I have added the websites/book where they were uploaded from. Vesеlinka in London is from 1952, and it is used in a book released in 2006 (is that a problem?). Forbidden History (talk) 19:23, 3 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
