Okay, I tried it.
I didn't know how to get authorization - turned out to be trivial.

I understand what you are doing by https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Seattle_Tilth&diff=323737436&oldid=297235238, in that part of Seattle Tilth is P-Patches, so it is categorized under Category:Seattle P-Patches, which is in turn eventually under Category:Urban agriculture but I think we somehow want to tie Seattle Tilth to urban architecture a different way as well: above all, Tilth is an educational center teaching urban agricultural techniques, and someone with no interest in P-Patch allotment gardens might be looking for that. I think you forgot to create Category:Photographs from Ellis Wiley. If you are going to add images to a category, you need to make sure the category exists. And you screwed up whatever it was you were trying to do with the author field so now all of those images are missing the author information that they used to have. Maybe you could fix that?
