Relisez, s'il vous plait, les droits qu'accorde la licence CC BY-SA 4.0 et comprenez bien que c'est en contradiction avec http://falret.org/pages/mentions-legales.html § "2/ DROITS D’AUTEUR - DROIT DE REPRODUCTION"

Quelqu'un qui suirait votre déclaration sur Wikimedia Commons et réutiliserait ce logo suivant les conditions de CC BY-SA 4.0 serait en réalité en infraction ? Ce n'est pas tolérable. Le problème n'est pas d'avoir ou non les droits sur le logo mais de ne pas donner de droits sur le logo.
Ceci dit, le logo peut être téléversé directement sur la Wikipedia francophone (à la manière de celui-ci) en suivant https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aide:Importer_un_fichier#Exceptions

Je vous pour votre réponse. J'ai cependant l'autorisation expresse du site de l'OEUVRE FALRET pour utiliser ce logo.
Cependant, je vais donc comme vous le préconisez utiliser (à la manière de celui-ci) en suivant https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aide:Importer_un_fichier#Exceptions), cela conviendra-t-il mieux ?

@Justin-felin: Ici, vous êtes sur Wikimedia Commons qui ne sera pas concerné par une autorisation donnée à Wikipédia.
