Le dessin est légendé comme étant publié sous licence Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-SA (en petit en bas à droite) ; en particulier, « NC » (non-commercial) rend ce fichier incompatible avec Wikimedia Commons, qui requiert que les fichiers soient libres d'utilisation y compris commerciale. Voyez par exemple le tutoriel récapitulatif ci-contre/ci-dessus, qui précise que « Vous pouvez importer l'oeuvre de quelqu'un d'autre si l'auteur a autorisé quiconque à l'utiliser, la copier, la modifier et la vendre. ».

À moins de pouvoir justifier que l'auteur accepte de publier ce dessin sous CC-BY-SA, ou une autre license compatible, ce fichier ne pourra rester sur Wikimedia Commons.

You said "obvious copyvio, Trio is composer of this music". That is not correct. Trio used a pre-programmed beat of the VL-1 in the song, they did not compose this beat. Hi @Nobody perfect:, as I read VL-1 page you're may be right that this beat doesn't belong to Trio. but as Ellin Beltz said, it is not own work either, you may resubmit file or ask for a new talk about it.Lpele (talk) 12:33, 16 February 2017 (UTC)
