Image Tagging Image:SickGirlInPyjamas.jpgEdit
Thanks for uploading Image:SickGirlInPyjamas.jpg. This image is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or send an email with copy of a written permission to OTRS (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Unless the permission information is given, the image may be speedy deleted after seven days. Thank you.
There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.
Tip: Categorizing imagesEdit
Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
- [[Category:Category name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
- [[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations"). Pro-tip: The CommonSense tool can help you find the best category for your image.
Hello, Marnanel. I notice you uploaded the images of the Shavian alphabet letters to the commons. However, the link to Shaw Sans no. 2 you provide in the descriptions is now a dead link. Can you update this, and do you know where one may get the font without joining the Yahoo! group on the Shavian alphabet? Pokajanje (talk) 03:41, 25 August 2012 (UTC)

Bot de-flagging notificationEdit
Hi Marnanel, I'm writing to you because your bot Marnanel bot is about to be de-flagged as a result of inactivity for a period longer than two years. If you'd like to keep that account flagged as a bot, please speak up at Commons:Bots/Requests/de-flag 2#Discussion; otherwise, I'll remove the bot flag from that account in a month from now ().
