Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

So, Nathaniel, I am extremely surprised because, as you can see on the second page of the document Yuti No8 that I am the publisher of this magazine (see doc att :

and now I really don’t understand this decision which will block access to a very useful educational tool to the 1000’s of children in Sri Lanka whose textbooks are neither tri-lingual or fun which was Yuti’s aim. Please note the Ministry of Education gave its approval for publication and this is marked on the inner cover.

I am the publisher of this file and the founder of the NGO Sri Lanka Solidarity so there is no copyright issue, (kindly see links and screen shots below)

Note also that the 50,000 copies of the nine issues we have published from 2006 to 2010 have been distributed free of charge to the children of Sri Lanka.

Today, we would like to make them available again to children and teachers, still free of charge via Internet since we have no funds to re-print them.

We feel extremely upset that someone could stop this wonderful chance we have via Wikimedia to offer once again this quality free educational material to the children of Sri Lanka (Yuti was awarded a prize in Sri Lanka).

My dedication to humanitarian and relief projects has been praised by the French Senate in 2009 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkIO6u7gQvs)(http://www.senat.fr/expatries/journees_des_francais_de_letranger/jfe_3_le_senat_la_france_le_monde/emission_de_television.html).

I have also been made ‘Chevalier’ (Knight) de l’Ordre National du Mérite’, the second highest French decoration after the ‘Légion d’Honneur’, if my honourability needs to be assessed.
