Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Licence of your images

I recommand not to use the CC-licence for your emblems. I know, that is the standard licence if you upload a file, but in the case of an emblem, you just redraw an existing picture which is usually in the public domain. Please use a PD-Template you find for example in Category:PD-exUSSR-exempt license tags.--Antemister (talk) 09:12, 22 October 2012 (UTC)

Wow, great work! Of you have further interest on that topic, I have collected some data and high resolution images of similar raster graphic emblems that need vectorisation. There is File:Coat of arms of Tuvan People's Republic (1943-1944).jpg (see also [3], same text) and en:File:Flag of Tuvinian Peoples Revolutionary Party (1921).jpg. de:Datei:Flagge Tuva bis 1921.svg will help, the text is:

In the Latin text above, »Ņ« is the wrong letter. The correct one is Ꞑ (U+A790 latin capital letter n with descender), see Jaꞑalif. -- Karl432 (talk) 18:26, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

Soviet emblem

The ribbons contain the state motto in the following languages:

Russian: Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь

Ukrainian: Пролетарі всіх країн, єднайтеся

Belarusian: Пралетарыі ўсіх краін, яднайцеся

Georgian: პროლეტარებო ყველა ქვეყნისა, შეერთდით

Armenian: Պրոլետարներ բոլոր երկրների, միացե'ք

Azerbaijani: Бүтүн өлкәләрин пролетарлары, бирләшин

But I'm not sure of the order.

Hello, I have seen your work and I'm sincerely overwhelmed of just how beautiful and perfect your designs are. If it is not much trouble, I would like to make a request, if it is possible. I have been searching for years a better quality image of this Georgian former coat of arms, but I haven't found anything except for this version, which is not what I am looking for since I need the other design. If it's not much problem for you, I would like to ask you if you could make it into a .SVG file, I would be really thankful if you could. Thank you so much. The text in the middle banner on the right side should be in arabic, not in cyrillic letters [5]. Please correct that. A last version of Tuva's emblem

There is another Version of a Tuvan emblem: [6]. It is a modification of File:Emblem of the Tuvan People's Republic (1926-1930).svg, using a different wreath. Hello, congratulations for your work here. The vectorized files are great. I also try to vectorization, but I'm not so good. I see that you have a preference for the emblems from the time of the Eastern Bloc.
