This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:Region Map District Yangon.pdf. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Region Map District Yangon.pdf]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Konbaung Dynasty flag edit

I can't take part in discussion on English Wiki because I have to use VPN to use it.

In the phrase "အထွတ်ရွှေထည့်", I think "အထွတ်" refers to the edges and corners of the flag as that word's definition is "tip of a building". So "အထွတ်ရွှေထည့်" would translate to "putting gold (fringes) around the edges (of the flag).

As for the shape of the flag, it's hard to know what it looks like, as there are no historical samples. In the Burmese film "သူ့ကျွန်မခံပြီ" (Never shall we be enslaved), the swallowtail shape is used for the flag. U Ngwe Gaing's handcopied flags being in swallowtail somewhat suggests that the national flag was also swallowtail. Albert Poliakoff (talk) 00:39, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your explanations. I agree on the shape, I'm not very sure about swallowtail myself, so it's good to have the two versions. Can you edit the flag to have the gold fringes or would you like me to add them to the two flags? EmeraldRange (talk) 01:43, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
EmeraldRange It is not that necessary to add fringes because they are for decorative purposes and not a part of the flag. Albert Poliakoff (talk) 13:19, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
