• If it is from a newspaper: What newspaper. Name, Year, Issue, date, page.
 • The author is not "author=Lepetitlord". Scanning something does not make you the author. See COM:L#Spain (?, I assume its spanish). Something is public domain 70/80 years after the author died. Scanning something does not make you the author of give you any copyrights. So who is the phohotgrapher, what year did he die?

--Martin H. (talk) 12:16, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Newspaper's name =les Annales politiques et littéraires, weekly.
Year = 1902
Issue= 27 june 1902
Page = 31
Author = photograph unknown, certainly not spanish, the issue is about Mazzantini visiting Paris, buying clothes. The caption says that he put his matador's costume to explain what it is composed off.
Photographer= unkown, not even mentionned.
Picture : domaine publique

What else can I say now ?--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 22:15, 1 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

What this, a joke? The photographer is well known and it is not your uncle. --Martin H. (talk) 13:05, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

P.s.: That throws some doubt on your "family archive" claims. I always thought that this claims are wrong, now you provided a prove that they are wrong. So who is realy the photographer of your uploads. --Martin H. (talk) 13:08, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Youe certainsly shoot too fast. Be careful with your deletions when you cannot PROOVE that a rcopyright has been violated Look Martin, my grand father va born in Vietnam, part of my family lived in China, part lived in Laos, part comes from Cambodia. They came back most of them in 1975. Only my uncle stayed beacause he was supposed to be inoffensif by the régime. He was expelled two monthes later. I cannot send you his passeport with the mention "non grata" person. If your are doubting of my family archives, them there is nothing I can do. I do not care to discuss anylonger these matters of doubt. Do you REALLY believe only ONE photographer took images of this event ? Their were a lot of peoplewho have donne the same thing, not under the same angle, not exactly at the same second. But you very well can see it is different from the copyrighted photograph. Do as you like. See you--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 19:41, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you think there is only the version en:File:Tianasquare.jpg then you are mistaken, there is also a video footage. http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/1374461/3rd-Party-Misc. I cant believe what you try here. --Martin H. (talk) 22:29, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I am not trying anything at all. It is not the same photograph. Just compare exactly the light, the surroundings etc. You proove just that . But there is an obsession about the ONLY person that could have taken that photo when there are dozens who did, not exactly a the same second. My uncle's was from much far away. I had to arrange it with photoshop. Anyway, now, you can drop the matter. We do not give the copyright. My mother said so. She keeps it for herself. I believe she is perfectly entitled to after all that jazz and the way we are bullied. No hard feeling anyway. We just learned how to make money instead of giving away family things.--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 22:50, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

What exactly are you trying? You made a bad upload and I deleted it. I asked you if you joke and you went into defense claiming this someone else work. I prooved that this is untrue and tagged you other files as as I have serious doubt in the reliability of your uploads. What do you try now? To make me feel bad that I tagged your uploads and that I removed a blatant copyright violation from Commons?? You can use my talkpage if you want to provide an opposite prove against my explanation, do not abuse it for such stupid "I have a photo and I revoke copyright because you deleted my upload" bullshit. I validly deleted your upload! Stop this nonsense, adress the problem but stop vandalizing. Thank you. --Martin H. (talk) 00:24, 23 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I do not want this photograhs to be published

edit

What you removed on your page, I will put here :

You even cut that :

I am not talking about Tank man now. The matter is over since I do not care about your appreciation eather. You are talking a lot for no reason at all. I am talking NOW about the two files I have been stupid enough to import in this place . So I retrieve the two files File:Tienn'men 1.JPG‎, File:Tienan'men2.JPG. And YOU will be responsible for that. Because you accused me of giving no source which is not true. You called me a liar several times, you insulted and despised my work. You do not deserve these files. You must delete them immediatly. You have no longer a license to publish them freely, I cancelled the description and the licence--Lepetitlord (d) (d) 00:02, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

and you also cut that of : As Owner of the copyright, I hereby retrieve the copyright I gave. There is no longer free license for the two last photographs I imported. I ask they be deleted immediatly. Thank you.--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 23:06, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I retrieved the licencse because you called me a liar, which is an insult. I retrieved the licence because I AM THE OWNER OF THE COPYRIGHT, SO IS MY MOTHER. WE SHALL SELL IT INSTEAD OF GIVING IT FOR FREE TO A STUBBORN GUY.--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 23:18, 22 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I do not care about your appreciation which is false and biased. I want these photographes deleted because:

 1. because you are accusing me falsely on all sort of pretences
 2. because you dont know what really happened on the 5 june
 3. because you have deleted a photgraph that is in the family since 20 years.
 4. because you ask for sources that are very clearly explained
 5. and because I am fed up to give freely somethhing I can sell. Please yourself.--Lepetitlord (d) (talk) 01:09, 23 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.

If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. Thanks for uploading File:Boris Vian - WIKI.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the No permission since tag with on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

Warning: unless the permission information is given, the file may be deleted after seven days. Thank you.
