As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.

Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "No reason given"
Decline reason: "Your answer shows, that you must remain blocked. You seem to think, that Commons is a United States project. No, it isn't. It's international project. Most of its users are not American. Most of administrators are not American. For example, I have never been in America, North or South. Trusting forefathers and founding rights has no place in Commons.

There's free speech (almost) everywhere in the world, but there's also copyright everywhere in the world. Copyright cannot be ignored and copyright violations cannot be tolerated in Commons. So you must start from reading about licenses. You must understand and obey copyright rules before being unblocked. Taivo (talk) 08:16, 24 May 2019 (UTC)"Reply

Administrators: This template should be removed when the block has expired.

yo i've made countless corrections to old art this is unjustified unblock me immediately

Why did you make this and this edit? Those are just a few examples of where you changed a licensing template to one that is blatantly wrong. --Majora (talk) 03:10, 24 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

the united states is under free speech understand very clearly this artifact of information. we are under a division right in which we must chose as civilians to entrust our forefathers and founding rights with dignities they're entitled. release me from this bound — Preceding unsigned comment added by Maninlinen (talk • contribs) 03:28, 24 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Just want to also point out that "free speech" as stated in the first amendment only applies to governmental organizations restriction of speech. Wikimedia and Commons is not a governmental organization. You have no "freedom of speech" here or on any non-governmental website and you certainly don't have the freedom to violate copyright laws. --Majora (talk) 20:19, 24 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
