Hi Pralodine,
thanks for uploading. In the description of Image:AffBarcel.jpg you wrote that this (and the other images) are a work of your son Pierre Vallon. As you are not the author, we need a proof of the permission to upload these images under a free license. Please use the "Déclaration de consentement" in Commons:Messages type, fill in the image URL for each of the image, fill in a license of your choice and then ask your son to email it back to permissions-commons-fr@wikimedia.org, after filling in the date and his name. Additionally, we need to know the names and authors/painters of the images used as background in the image Image:AffBarcel.jpg, Image:Affiche 1.jpg and Image:Affiche 3.jpg. Please add this information on the respective description pages. Thank you. --Túrelio (talk) 12:05, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
Another problem are discrepancies in your statements in the image descriptions:
- in Image:Chalutier.jpg you wrote that you (Pralodine) are the authors, where in the duplicate file Image:ChalutierPV.jpg you wrote that you mother (Ma Mère) is the author.
- in Image:EspPoirPast.jpg you are suggesting that you are Pierre Vallon ("Author: Pralodine; Pierre Vallon"). But Mr. Vallon is dead since 2005. Please clarify. --Túrelio (talk) 12:47, 13 July 2008 (UTC)

File:Pierre Vallon, Château en ruines près de Cangé (1991).jpg
editHello. You recently asked for "File:Pierre Vallon, Château en ruines près de Cangé (1991).jpg" to be renamed. However, I noticed that you indicated that the artist of the painting (and photographs of other paintings in "Category:Pierre Vallon") was your son, Pierre Vallon. I also noticed that M. Vallon died in 2005: see [1]. (I am sorry for your loss.) Usually, it is the artist who owns the copyright to his work, and after his death the copyright is held by his estate and managed by the administrator of the estate. I think we will need some evidence to show that either you are now the owner of the copyright in your son's artwork (for example, because he bequeathed the copyright to you in his will), or that you are the administrator of your son's estate. Can you please send an e-mail to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org confirming what the situation is, and providing the necessary evidence? Thanks. You can leave a message at "Commons talk:Licensing" if you need help. — Cheers, JackLee –talk– 13:32, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
suppression (éventuellement temporaire) de vos images
editMonsieur,

Thanks for uploading File:RevestBrouss.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:RevestBrouss.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |
