Logos y falsas licencias edit

No puedes adjudicarte la autoría de imágenes tomadas de páginas de la red como las de los dos avisos de arriba, a menos que especifique claramente en esas páginas que tienen una licencia libre y, en ese caso, es la licencia que debes poner, añadiendo la fuente de donde procede cada imagen, pero nunca darles tu autoría. Los logos no se admiten aquí, normalmente tienen derechos de autor, y en el caso de los subidos los tienen, por lo tanto tampoco puedes adjudicarte la autoría de ellos. La imagen del Lechazo es una clara infracción de copyright, ya que está tomada de una web con derechos reservados, comp puedes ver en el registro de borrados. El poner licencias falsas se considera un grave delito que te puede costar el bloqueo. Lee Commons:Sobre las licencias donde tienes información sobre lo está permitido en este sitio. ¿Dónde está el permiso escrito confirmando la cesión de este escudo Image:EscudoBMV.gif como cortesía de www.asobal.es? Ya has sido avisado sobre la falsificación de licencias y varias de tus imágenes han sido borradas por infracción de copyright. Hola Rastrojo, como veo que ya te han nombrado administrador vengo a pedirte el primer favor. Tenía algunas fotos con calidad más baja de lo necesario porque como sabes no tenía GIMP ni ningún otro programa de modificación de fotos hasta hace nada. Estos días las estoy retocando y volviendo a subir, y he creado una página aledaña a mi página de usuario donde estoy ordenando todas las copias antiguas en desuso que me están quedando. Me preguntaba si las podrías eliminar para que no pesen.

Todas las que he puesto ahi son fotos que ya se pueden eliminar. Las he sustituido en las wikis donde aparecían y tienen todas ellas un duplicado con calidad de imagen mejorada, así que ya tienen poco sentido.

Hola Rastrojo! Tengo un gran problema con mi plantilla de licencia de Commons. Me la han modificado mal y ahora aparece que todas las imagenes que tenia con esa licencia, estan sin licencia. Me han dado un aviso de que sino les pongo licencia, borraran las imagenes [1] y mientras soluciono todo... podrias echarme una mano como administrador y dar un aviso o algo para que no me borren nada. An es wiki one this time. My part time hobby (!!) is external link placement. There is an es user (here) who is contributing some material but is also placing link to a website that they may be linked to (looking at the name & the site). Dear user, I noticed that you use the includePage function in your monobook.js page.

This function is now obsolete, as the importScript function was introduced with rev:35064 to the MediaWiki Javascript core library wikibits.js. It also keeps track of already imported files.

hi, you deleted the photo i uploaded. that photo is of a friend of mine, he's a rapper on miami, fl therefore notable, i uploaded it for use in his wikipedia article. The photo was taken by a photographer and sold to him. Hola, he encontrado un caso realmente curioso. Este escudo [3] no aporta fuente, aunque podria suponerse como otras cosas hechas en svg, que es obra del usuario, vete a saber basado en qué. Sin embargo, la pagina "oficial" de este ayuntamiento [4] redirecciona a wiki! ???, con lo cual, nos perdemos en el hilo. Me ha llamado la atención por su blasonado, como sabes, cuando se menciona leon a secas, significa de oficio, leon rampanate y aqui pintan un leon pasante. Buenas! me ha desaparecido misteriosamente Image:Bandera de Ayerbe.svg...no sé ni quien la ha borrado ni por qué, pero el caso es que revisando el artículo de Ayerbe de la Biquipedia he visto que había desaparecido y me he mosqueao y al venir aquí veo que me la han borrado...encima lo peor es que no tenía copia guardada...asi que ahora tendría que hacerla de nuevo...puedes mirar a ver por qué se borró? porque no le veo sentido alguno... seguramente algún gracioso como ya me ha pasado alguna vez pone la etiqueta de borrado y algun administrador la ha borrado sin razón alguna o algo así... Aquí, origen del archivo, hay un © bastante tocho, por lo que creo que os la han colado con un "GNU Free Documentation License" muy elegante en el apartado de la descripción. ¿Puedes verificarlo? Hola compañero. Cuando empecé a hacer escudos de Tarragona, copie las categorias de otros ya hechos. El tema es que todos los escudos de Tarragona están en la categoría "Coats of arms of Tarragona" y no en la categoría específica de "Coats of arms of municipalities of Tarragona". ¿Hay alguna forma rápida (con algún bot) de cambiar la categoría de todos los escudos de una categoría a otra? después a mano cambiamos el escudo de la provincia de Tarragona y de sus comarcas, si lo están y ya está. ¿Se puede, o toca hacerlo a mano? --Xavigivax (talk) 08:57, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Me he topado con la Image:Brazil_climate_map.jpg, cuyo origen es esta página en donde no se indica nada de la licencia. El Valle de Mena (Burgos) pertenece realmente a la Diócesis de Santander, mientras que Valle de Villaverde (Cantabria) forma por contra parte de la Diócesis de Bilbao. Además, la parte oriental de Extremadura pertenece eclesiásticamente a Toledo y algunas fronteras aparecen excesivamente rectas y no coinciden con la realidad. A ver si podemos arreglarlo. Hola Rastrojo, estaba por aquí buscando unas fotitos. Bueno, el tema es que simplemente me encontré con unas categorías del tipo Category:Music in Albania y pues trasladé la única foto que había dentro a Category:Music of Albania. Me dije ya que estoy, es un minuto y arreglo los 4 o 5 que hay mal nombrados. Pero, el dilema fue después si pedir que se borrara, que se redireccionara, o ya no se. Me ha resultado todo un poco confuso, jeje. Es la primera vez que miro, más allá de buscar alguna foto para poner en nuestra wiki. Se que es una tontería pero odio dejar las cosas a medias. ¿Me dices qué se hace en estos casos, porfavor? No hemos coincidido en la wikipedia, nos vemos por allí. mmmm, acabo de leer Commons:Sobre las licencias#Capturas de pantalla y no dice lo mismo... Dice:

Recorta todo los que pueda tener derechos de autor. Deja sólo el contenido. 3. El contenido del programa cuya imagen se captura debe ser también libre. Asegúrate de que la captura de pantalla no contiene marcas registradas, texto o imágenes con derechos de autor ni cualquier otra cosa de la que no se tenga permiso para ser usada libremente.

Quizá sea un error de interpretación mía, pero esos pantallazos no siguen el primer punto. Yo he entendido que para una captura de pantalla de Firefox por ejemplo, debería estar realizada desde la interfaz gráfica de linux, no desde Windows. I directly answer here: Real renaming, in the meaning of moving files like you can move articles on Wikipedia, was implemented to Wiki software, but dissabled because of some problems. The only ways to rename at the moment are

1) reupload under the correct name and mark the old one with {{Badname}} and
2) use {{Rename}}, the reupload then will be executed by a Betacommandbot, for a random example see File:Berlinghiero Berlinghieri 005.jpg.

Betacommand bot checks the last user who edited the page, probably an non-approved User edited the file after you placed {{Rename}} on it? Hola Rastrojo, he visto que has subido una versión exactamente idéntica del mapa de la comunidad valenciana que realicé hace tiempo en base al original de HansenBCN, eliminando la mia (muy anterior, y que ya se intentó substituir) y haciendo desaparecer toda autoría mía, cuando estuve mis horas para retocarla, hacer el sombreado, etcétera... no te parece una falta de civismo enorme?Si no te gusta el nombre de País Valencià lo entiendo, pero al menos, sé caballero y reconoce que ese retoque no es tuyo.

Ese svg está bien, se ve con thumb. Creo que pasó algo al subir. Seguro que internamente genera otras imagenes rapster más pequeñas para esas visualizaciones. El dia que lo subí, commons hizó el tonto. ¿Te parece bien hacer la prueba de borrarlo y lo vuelvo a subir con el mismo nombre? Creo que detecta al subir una nueva versión si tiene cambios o no. Hola Rastrojo, ¿estas en linea?, mira no encuentro a otro administrador que hable castellano para que entienda un reporte, quisiera pedir tu intervensión en las siguientes banderas, Tlaxcala y Jalisco, ya que de acuerdo al reporte de gobernación de Jalisco aquí en español , donde aclara que el uso de la bandera de Jalisco (con colores) es local y no estatal, y me hice el encargo de subir la correcta en fondo blanco y resubir la anterior loca con el nombre File:Flag of Jalisco (local).svg, de igual modo con la bandera de tlaxcala, el usuario revierte en defensa de la bandera histórica de Tlaxcala de acuerdo a imagénes sacadas en Flick u otro sitio no gubernamental [16], [2]. Hola compañero. ¿qué tal? Vi que habías creado el logo de Batasuna y te iba a pedir una cosilla. Llevo una temporada mejorando la mayor parte de los artículos de la izquierda abertzale de Wikipedia y te iba a pedir, ya que lo hiciste con Batasuna, si podías crear el logo de Euskal Herritarrok. Creo que debe ser muy fácil, y creeme que lo he intentado, pero no acierto con la letra fuente; quizá tú lo reconozcas o consigas que te salga. Muchas gracias.
