Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

• You don't seem to understand that you must prove that all the images in a collage are freely licensed. See Commons:Collages#License compliance and collages which states that in a collage attribution of the source images is required. Secondarywaltz (talk) 01:17, 13 January 2019 (UTC)

Hello @Alachuckthebuck,

I corrected the file with what I believe is the appropriate licensing. The source is a government entity (Blair County Airport Authority), so the file should remain. Please feel free to change the licensing if you feel there is a more appropriate license to use for this sort of file. I think the speedy deletion should be removed for the time being as well. If you go to the bottom of the page, you find the dreaded "all rights reserved", indicating the logo is unlikely to be under a free license. Thanks for sharing this. Unless the logo's source says "all rights reserved", are the logos of government entities generally acceptable to add to Commons? In the United States, almost all airports are controlled by state or local governments, sometimes through a public benefit corporation like an airport authority. If not, I'm happy to add files locally to English Wikipedia if that's the appropriate way of doing it. I just want to make sure I am following the correct procedures. This should help answer your questions. While the federal government releases everything to the public domain, very few municipal governments do this. If an airport is owned by a public benefit corporation, they can apply copyright. EN-wiki can accept fair use content under certain conditions but due to Commons's scope of providing free images for all, we cannot accept fair use content. Fair use is a slippery slope domestically, and treacherous internationally.

But depending on the logo, that might not even matter. Threshold of originality is the standard of what can be copyrighted. If it doesn't meet the threshold (varies by nation) then it can't be copyrighted,and can be added here.
