سلام. پرسشی برایم بوجود آمده. زمانی که اینجا را مطالعه میکردم با موارد مختلفی از مجوزهای حق تکثیر مواجه شدم. برخی از امضا ها با نرم افزارهای گرافیکی برداری ساخته شده بودند و برخی نیز امضای اصلی بودند. نمیدانم کدام مجوز را برای این نگاره بکار برم. آیا اصلا میشود امضای ایشان را به انبار منتقل نمود؟ --MehdiTalk 15:25, 19 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

با سلام؛ از ایران و یا شاید آی‌اس‌پی من، امکان بارگذاری و گاه حتی مشاهده صفحات انبار ممکن نیست. زمانی مانند الان با استفاده از «اولتراسرف» موفق به انجام آن می‌شوم و اکثر مواقع حتی با این نرم‌افزار هم، خیر. لطفاً و در صورت صلاح‌دید، امکان معافیت از قطع دسترسی را برایم فراهم کنید تا با شرایط امن‌تر و راحت‌تری به انبار دسترسی داشته و به بارگذاری تصاویر اقدام کنم. با سپاس --KOLI (talk) 07:35, 25 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

There are many balatant violations of copyrights wonderfully uploaded by you in the Category:Mardetanha. For instance, we know that you certainly can not be the author of photos such as File:Ahvaz edit-a-thon by Mardetanha (216).JPG, File:Ahvaz edit-a-thon by Mardetanha (128).JPG, File:Ahvaz edit-a-thon by Mardetanha (101).JPG and etc where you are depicted. I would be thankful if you could abide by the Wikimedia Commons rules, and hence the copyright, by removing those violations or asking the real author to contact OTRS. I don't blame you, I blame JCB for setting example to you, Copyright is a tool to protect authors/photographers .... rights but not use them like this, if you go to a party and kindly ask someone to take photo of you with your own/phone camera, is not going to be copyright issue, using Copyright in this way is just wrong. Mardetanha, please urgently get yourself some basic knowledge on how copyright works. As an admin you should know better and you are even an OTRS agent. That copyright is not something to make fun of it, it is something meant to protects authors rights not when you ask a friend to take photo of you, or when you take photo with tripod and mention tripod or selfie-stick as author. Again I have to say you are following JCB's foot steps whom is way clueless and acts like robot, if you had time, It would be great if you could read this article, it will help you to understand what I am talking about Mardetanha talk 08:09, 16 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
My understanding of basic copyrights laws is not stemming from those of Jcb's. I have nothing to do with him, just colleagues with random interactions. The cases you mentioned above are totally different; when you ask a friend to make a photo depicting you, the friend will automatically be the author per law, do you object it? If you check the comments on the DR page, you'll get that no one has agreed with your ignoring to mention the true author! Be it a friend or a stranger, the spirit of law is meant to protect the rights of the author and the copyright holder. He's your friend, OK! I saw your comment here: "There are multiple factors instrumental in creating a photo, Camera, photographer, place, Pose, Time, Digitally altering the image and other factors, I owned all of these factors, even choosing whom to take the photo and how , so for me it is not copyright infringement at all but at best a fixable attribution problem." It is not that simple and will not work that way. If you want to claim copyright for such works, you need to prepare a formal written copyright transfer agreement with the photographer. (I assume you already have an vocal/informal permission; but it is not enough. The "co-authorship" claim in bystander selfies will work only on very limited cases.) Then you can send it (a scanned copy) to OTRS. The template we prepared serves the same purpose though we chose free licensing instead of copyright transfer which is enough here. And it is more transparent than an OTRS ticket when the photographers are already Wikimedians.

OK. Now you may start applying that template in the file pages using COM:VFC or other tools. You need to replace {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} with {{Iranian Wikimedians User Group}}. There seems some files have a different license; that also needs to be updated. Source seems already updated to Iranian Wikimedians User Group. Author also need to be changed to Iranian Wikimedians User Group. If name of the photographer is known and want to mention, you can use author=<author name> and license as {{Iranian Wikimedians User Group|attribution=<author name> / Iranian Wikimedians User Group}}.   • Same process should be done for photos named as "File:Fawiki500k celebration by Behdad Abedi," (such as this one) in spite of the agreement. Behdad Abedi's satisfaction is necessary, too. Hey, I just came across a file which is believed to be a violation of the copyright. We know that you're not the author and the photo is done by Salar Nayerhoda (See his works here). Now, we need to have his permission email at OTRS, otherwise the file will be nominated for deletion. Please let me know about the Ticket number, when ever the real author has contacted us. Hi, Mardetanha, I was wondering if it would be better to add these files to a new Category:Iranian Oral History Project by Hossein Dehbashi and add it to the Category:Hossein Dehbashi. Jcb are you out of your mind ? do you know how many hours was used to upload this files, I have the licensee from producers and soon it will be added to the files, uploading this files was so difficult that I had to sent hard drive to WMF and the files were uploaded there, I don't understand why are acting like this, this is a clear misuse of admin button before talking to me and giving me the chance to explain, I am so unhappy to see a person like you in this project Mardetanha talk 04:36, 20 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

As an admin you should know that you cannot upload files without proper licensing and without any indication of permission. If such files would have been uploaded by any other user, they would also have been deleted by the first admin coming accross. Being an admin is no excuse for you to create a mess.
