Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Alte Werke

Moin, bitte keine alten Fotos, die du nicht selbst gemacht hast, als eigenes Werk bezeichnen. Stattdessen musst du den Originalfotografen, dessen Lebensdaten und die Herkunft des Fotos (z. B. Archiv, eigener Besitz etc.) angeben. Wenn der Fotograf seit min. 70 Jahren tot ist, sind seine Werke gemeinfrei und können hier ohne Einschränkungen hochgeladen und verwendet werden. Ist er noch nicht lange genug tot, müssen die Fotos bis zum Ablauf der Regelschutzfrist gelöscht werden. Siehe dazu de:Wikipedia:Bildrechte#Alte Werke. Hi XenonX3. Ich bin ganz froh, dass Du mich anschreibst, weil ich tatsächlich ziemlich unsicher bin, wie ich die Dateien richtig benenne. Die Fotografen sind nicht bekannt, die Bilder, alle älter als 100 Jahre, wurden mir von der Familie der Dargestellten zur Verfügung gestellt und ich hab sie selbst eingescant. Und wie gehe ich mit Grafiken - also Auflagenwerken - um, die sich in meinem Besitz befinden, aber nicht von mir sind? Auch die sind älter als 100 Jahre. Welche Lizenzen wähle ich da? Bitte antworte immer dort, wo die Diskussion begonnen wurde, damit der Zusammenhang bestehen bleibt. Bei anonymen Werken oder solchen, bei denen der Urheber nicht mehr bekannt ist, gibt es diese Regelung. Sie müssen auf Commons gelöscht und dann in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia unter Verwendung dieser Lizenzvorlage wieder hochgeladen werden. Bei welchen der von dir hochgeladenen Bilder ist der Urheber sicher nicht bekannt? Bitte nachfolgend auflisten und ich kümmere mich um die Löschung. Guten morgen, Danke für deine antwort. Mir war nicht klar, dass ich die Bilder in unterschiedliche Wikipedias hochgeladen hab. Liegt das am Wizzard? Ich finde keine Option, die das Hochladen nur auf die Deutsche Sektion beschränkt. Reicht es nicht, wenn ich die Tags nachträglich einfüge?Nachfolgend die Bilder, deren Fotografen nicht bekannt sind. Moin! Mit dem Upload-Wizard lädst du automatisch hier bei Wikimedia Commons, unserem Medienarchiv, hoch. Man kann aber auch in jeder Sprachversion der Wikipedia und den unzähligen Schwesterprojekten jeweils lokal Dateien hochladen, die dann nur dort verwendet werden können, wo man sie hochgeladen hat. Wie in diesem Fall gibt es bestimmte rechtliche Bestimmungen, die das nötig machen. Du kannst alle Bilder ohne bekannten Urheber über dieses Formular unter Verwendung dieser Lizenzvorlage in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia hochladen. Hier auf Wikimedia Commons dürfen diese anonymen Werke nicht bleiben. Sag einfach Bescheid, wenn du sie in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia hochgeladen hast, ich lasse sie dann hier auf Commons löschen. Hi - Guten Nachmittag - okay, das verstehe ich. Aber was müsste ich denn hinzufügen, damit das Bild auch in den Commons akzeptabel ist? Es gibt doch auch dort sicherlich Dateien, deren Urheber unbekannt sind, bzw. die älter als 70 Jahre sind? Wie wird damit verfahren? LG Kunstimraum Kunstimraum (talk) 17:27, 22 October 2015 (UTC)

Siehe dazu Commons:Licensing/de#Gemeinfreies Material. Man muss hier prüfen, ob, und wenn ja wann, die Bilder erstmalig veröffentlicht worden sind. Und zwar muss das für jedes Bild einzeln recherchiert werden. Wurden sie vor 1923 veröffentlicht und ist der Urheber unbekannt, gelten sie als gemeinfrei und können auf Commons behalten werden. Das muss aber eben pro Bild nachgewiesen werden. Dann habe ich gerade noch Template:PD-anon-70-EU entdeckt, das hier auch anwendbar sein könnte. Hier wird es nun kompliziert und selbst einige unserer Lizenz-Profis blicken da wohl nicht mehr durch. Ich sowieso nicht... Besser fragst du mal auf de:Wikipedia:Urheberrechtsfragen nach, ob PD-anon-70-EU in diesem Fall möglich ist. XenonX3 (talk) 18:05, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

Hallo XenonX3. Ich habe auf Deine Anregung jetzt bei den Urheberrechtsexperten nachgefragt und beide Dateien File:Familie Pinkau um 1900.jpg und File:Emil Pinkau Arbeitszimmerzimmer.jpg nun auf der deutschen Wikipedia hochgeladen, um weitere Probleme zu vermeiden. Du kannst sie also in den Commons löschen, wie Du das vorgeschlagen hast. All die anderen Dateien stammen aus Zeitschriften vor 1914 und sind mittlerweile von anderen Admins als gemeinfrei gekennzeichnet worden. Es scheint eine ziemlich dehnbare Materie zu sein.
