• Уважаемые коллеги! Действительно: я виноват. Нашёл сегодня в папке "на дне" своего компьютера среди множества моих фото файл с мероприятия, на котором я и сам принимал участие. По простоте душевной подумал, что я сам делал сей кадр. Однако фото было мне прислано иным участником. Я по прошествии шести лет напрочь забыл об этом. В указанных Вами правилах Викисклада констатируется: "В частности, обычно не допускается публикация следующих материалов: ... стоп-кадров телепрограмм, телерекламы, DVD или видеоигр". Размещённое мною фото не является как таковым стоп-кадром телепрограммы. 1) На кадре изображён ЭКРАН телевизора. 2) Кадр сделан под чётко видимым и явно выраженным углом. • Многоуважаемый ~ Чръный человек (talk)! Я, признаться, не помню, что говорил, что у логотипа файла я являюсь правообладателем. В пояснении к файлу я, по-моему, говорил, что я его скачал из интернета, т. е. из открытого доступа. В лицензиях я что-то не разбираюсь. Стараюсь всё обосновать своими комментариями к файлам.   • Тогда я поясню. Вы, как и я, как и любой другой участник данного проекта, имеете право выкладывать либо то, что создано персонально Вами, либо то, что уже не охраняется авторским правом, либо то, что правообладатель разрешил выкладывать под свободной лицензией. Викисклад - это просто хранилище фотографий, это проект фонда Викимедия, который принципиально использует только свободные лицензии. А всё что, не подходит под эти лицензии, будет безжалостно удаляться администраторами. Таковы правила. Дело в том, что по умолчанию любые работы лицензируются как All Right Reserved, и выкладывать их сюда в таком видел нельзя - это будет считаться нарушением авторских прав. ~ Чръный человек (talk) 10:06, 16 December 2018 (UTC)
    • Многоуважаемый Чръный человек (talk)! Я всё это понимаю. Я только не понимаю где грань между тем, что я фотографирую обложку своей книги (она - в открытом доступе, фотографий её полно в интернете) и между логотипом чего-либо, находящемся на просторах интернета. Какова разница в лицензиях? С фотографиями лично моего авторства - дело понятно. А вот с тем, что создано не мной, но находится в открытом доступе - мне не понятно.       • Википедия, как и другие сайты фонда Викимедия, отличаются от большинства сайтов в интернете. Здесь нельзя просто так взять и разместить чей то логотип и или фото. Широкая доступность ещё не означает дозволенность для копирования на этот сайт. Для этого нужно получить соответствующее разрешение у автора. Иначе всё это подлежит удалению. В прочем, в некоторых разделах разрешено "добросовестное использование" (fair use), но и под данной лицензией может быть загружено далеко не всё. ~ Чръный человек (talk) 13:05, 16 December 2018 (UTC)

          • Досточтимый Чръный человек (talk)! Нижайше прошу Вас проверить лицензии у трёх последних загруженных мною файлов на Викисклад по адресу: ЗДЕСЬ. Все пояснения - в комментариях к файлам. Картинка - из "Служебника" выпуска 1900 года (Санкт-Петербург), тексты на гражданском и церковно-славянском - из журнала "Церковные ведомости" за 1917 год. Прошу Вас при необходимости заменить лицензии. Я, признаться, в них не разбираюсь: являются ли файлы "моими собственными" или нет - не знаю. Все три файла мною же опубликованы в моих книгах. И два из них - не по разу. Файлы я собираюсь вставить в качестве иллюстраций в статьи Википедии. Есть и другие интересные "картинки". Включая сканы из архивов: документы 1917 года. • Уважаемый A.Savin! Я понимаю, что блокировка на меня наложена Вами справедливо. Я прошу прощения, что не привёл полное, исчерпывающее описание двух файлов. Дело в том, что фотографии я делал собственноручно, на свой фотоаппарат, в своей квартире. На фотографии попали фрагменты интерьера моей квартиры. То, что на одну из фото попал фрагмент ковра из бобра, на мой взгляд, не является признаком "несвободного" изображения. Хотя, понятно, что возможна и иная точка зрения: что попадание в кадр фрагмента ковра является нарушением правил Викисклада. На другой фотографии попали фрагмент кресла и фрагмент картины. И той, и другой вещи (и картине, и креслу) - около 150 лет. И потому они (по прошествии 100 лет) находятся "в свободном доступе". Но при этом они, можно сказать, случайно попали в кадр. Никакого с моей стороны "злого умысла" не было. Правила Викисклада я нарушил невольно. Впредь буду внимательно следить за "чистотой" размещаемых мною изображений. В связи с изложенным, прошу а) снять с меня блокировку и б) снять с двух моих файлов, номинацию "К удалению" от 4.02.2022. С почтением, Бабкинъ Михаилъ (talk) 05:10, 5 February 2022 (UTC).
