Mexico template

Hi AnRo0002: I tried updating Template:States of Mexico navi to include some variant names. It seems to work but I would appreciate it if you could look it over and tell me what I did wrong. Kategorien xxxx works in Germany

Hallo! Ich habe eine Verständnisfrage. Jemand verschob tonnenweise Konzertfotos von mir in einen damals von dir angelegten Kategorienbaum. Entspricht das deinen Intentionen bezüglich dieser "works in"-Kategorien? Mir kommt das sehr seltsam vor, denn Musiker sind doch keine "Werke"? --Smial (talk) 10:46, 5 February 2020 (UTC)

Hockenheim

Hallo,

Ich habe eine eigentlich Wikipedia-irrelevante Anfrage, aber inspiriert durch ein Foto, den Du hier hochgeladen hast. Ich meine File:Hockenheim alter Bahnhof.jpg. Da es Dein eigener Bild ist, hoffe ich, dass Du etwas Ortskenntnis hast.

Erinnerst Du dich an einem Stellwerk im Norden des Bahnhofs, an der östlichen Seite? (An Deiner Foto kann man da leider keine Details mehr ausmachen, aber anhand von Luftbildern aus dem Jahr 1952 bin ich sicher, dass da früher etwas stand.) Falls ja, könntest Du bitte die Diskussion hier (oder zumindest die Bilder am Anfang) anschauen, und mir sagen, ob der dritte Bildausschnitt (mit den zwei Signalen und dem Stellwerk) der alte Bahnhof Hockenheim sein könnte?

moin, das letzte Gebäude rechts der Bahngleise ist der alte Bahnhof. Dahinter (nicht im Bild) befand sich noch ein Güterschuppen. Am linken Bildrand der Neubau des neuen Bahnhofs. An ein Stellwerk kann ich mich nicht erinnern, muss es aber gegeben haben. Der Abriss des alten Bahnhofs ist immerhin schon über 30 Jahre her. Das dritte Bild im "drehscheine"-Forum könnte Hockenheim sein, kann aber auch genausogut bei München sein, es sind keine Details zu erkennen, die eine sichere Ortsbestimmung erlauben. Der Kiefernwald bei Hockenheim beginnt eigentlich erst 1-2 Kilometer nördlich des Bahnhofs. --anro (talk) 10:40, 11 February 2020 (UTC)

Wiki Loves Earth 2020

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. Mai bis zum 30. Juni 2020 findet zum achten Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Earth statt. Deutschland ist zum siebten Mal dabei. Dabei können unter anderem Nationalparks, Naturschutzgebiete, Geotope und Naturdenkmäler fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich ein, dieses Jahr wieder mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!

Dieses Jahr ist es aufgrund der Ausgangsbeschränkungen schwieriger aktuelle Fotos zu machen, deshalb läuft der Wettbwerb dieses Mal zwei Monate. Es sind wie immer viele spannende Motive überall in Deutschland zu finden. Neben Naturdenkmälern wie alten Bäumen oder Naturparks im Gebirge und am Meer können Geotope wie Quellen und Aufschlüsse oder FFH-Gebiete fotografiert werden, um sie unter anderem in der Wikipedia zu dokumentieren. In den letzten Jahren sind zahlreiche neue Listen und Artikel in diesen Bereichen entstanden, für die wir uns über Fotos freuen. Als Einstieg für die Suche nach Motiven hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Weitere Informationen erhältst du hier und vor allem unter dieser Anleitung. Falls du im Moment nicht wie sonst in die Natur fahren kannst, findest du vielleicht in den Tiefen deiner Festplatte oder auf dem Smartphone noch interessante Fotos.

Du möchtest am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, dir fehlt aber die richtige Technik? Dann wirf doch mal einen Blick in den Technikpool und das Technikleihportal von Wikimedia Deutschland! Dort findest du Kameras, Objektive und Zubehör verschiedenster Art. Sollte noch Technik fehlen, die deiner Meinung nach angeschafft werden sollte, freut sich Wikimedia Deutschland über dein Feedback zum Technikpool.

Außerdem laden wir Dich ein, vom 1. Mai bis 31. Juli 2020 an der Vorjury teilzunehmen. Just wanted to let you know that this is not because there's a problem with the template's functionality! Rather, the template's been superseded by {{USStateArc}}, a national template capable of doing the same thing. I've also nominated several other Ohio templates for the same reason, and once national templates are implemented for other states, I'll be nominating lots of other templates. The only ones I'm not touching right now are New York, Georgia, and Washington, since I don't understand how to get those templates to work with the needed (state) and (U.S. state) disambiguation. Holy Roman Empire

Hallo Herr Kollege, davon abgesehen, dass ich es persönlich für fragwürdig halte, die Jahreskategorien der einzelnen heutigen Länder den Jahreskatagorien des damaligen Heiligen Römischen hinzuzufügen (aber das ist ein gesondertes Thema, um das geht es mr jetzt gar nicht), verstehe ich aber nicht, warum deswegen in den einzelnen Ländern die Vorlage austauschst, z.B. hier ... Genau dafür sind doch die Vorlagen da, dass man solche Massenänderungen (bzw. Kategoriezuordnunge) über die vorhandene Vorlage machen kann. Was mit der automatischen jahresabhängigen Zuordnung Sloweniens zu Jugoslawien und zu Österreich-Ungarn geht, ginge genauso gut auch für das Heilige Römische Reich mit der vorhandenen Vorlage. Man müsste doch nur eben die für die entsprechende Zeitperiode anpassen, das ist alles. Da muss man doch nicht eine neue Vorlage erfinden und dann manuell die Vorlage austauschen. Mein Hinweis gilt auch ganz allgemein für alle Länder, also auch Deutschland, Österreich usw. Das, was du offenbar vorhast, geht problemlos über die vorhandenen, jeweils bereits eingebundenen Jahresvorlagen der betroffenen Länder. Haut-Rhin

Hi AnRo0002, du fandest doch, dass im Haut-Rhin im Vergleich zum Bas-Rhin zu wenig Fotos gemacht worden sind? Wiki Loves Monuments 2020

bald ist es soweit: Vom 1. bis zum 30. September 2020 findet zum zehnten Mal der internationale Wettbewerb Wiki Loves Monuments statt. Dabei können Bau-, Boden- und Kulturdenkmale fotografiert und die Fotos hochgeladen werden. Du hast an einem der vergangenen Fotowettbewerbe teilgenommen. Deshalb laden wir dich gern wieder ein, dieses Jahr mitzumachen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Fotos!

Obwohl es den Wettbewerb seit zehn Jahren gibt, sind immer noch viele Motive überall in Deutschland zu fotografieren. Neben beeindruckenden märchenhaften Schlössern, Burgen und Kirchen können auch andere Kulturdenkmale wie Brücken, Industrieruinen, Bauernhöfe oder Parks fotografiert werden, um sie unter anderem in der Wikipedia zu dokumentieren. In den letzten Jahren sind zahlreiche neue Denkmallisten entstanden, die sich über Fotos freuen. Es haben sich auch Kulturdenkmale verändert, sie wurden saniert oder umgestaltet. Diese Entwicklung kann auch gezeigt werden. Für die Suche nach Motiven gibt es bei Wikipedia zahlreiche Listen und Karten. Als Einstieg hilft diese Übersichtsseite. Canton français depuis 2015 = entité uniquement électorale

Bonjour AnRo0002. Au vu de tes innombrables modifications sur les catégories du département de la Dordogne, je pense que tu n'es absolument pas au courant de l'évolution des cantons français. En effet, en 2015, ces cantons ont perdu toute notion administrative pour n'être plus que des entités électorales (voir Redécoupage cantonal de 2014 en France).

Les châteaux, églises, chapelles, etc. n'ont donc aucun lien avec les cantons électoraux dont dépendent les communes où sont implantés ces édifices.

Donc les créations de cantons comme Category:Canton Isle-Loue-Auvézère sont correctes pour les communes qui y sont catégorisées mai sont totalement infondées pour les édifices, contrairement aux catégories par arrondissements (que tu as aussi créées), qui sont l'échelon administratif au-dessus des communes. J'avais supprimé exprès tous les liens des châteaux, églises, chapelles, etc. de la Dordogne avec les anciens cantons supprimés en 2015, mais je n'avais pas continué sur ceux qui avaient conservé le même nom, et je n'avais surtout pas créé des catégories par nouveau canton.

Regroupement de deux catégories en une ?

Bonjour AnRo002. Si je regarde ta dernière modification sur Category:Église Notre-Dame de l'Assomption (Trélissac), tu supprimes deux catégories (une de style : Gothic Revival, et une de situation : par canton) pour les remplacer par une seule (style par arrondissement). Je ne pense que ce soit une bonne chose car que fais-je quand je veux voir si une église est catégorisée au non : jusqu'à présent, il me suffisait de regarder la Category:Churches in Dordogne et la Category:Monuments historiques in Dordogne (churches) (pas toujours catégorisée dans la bonne catégorie). Maintenant, il va falloir regarder par arrondissement mais en plus par style, car rien ne ressemble plus à une église gothique qu'une église néogothique et que parfois l'information manque ou qu'elle est erronée.

En ce qui me concerne, ça pourrait à peu près aller mais as-tu pensé à tous les intervenants extérieurs qui ajoutent des photos d'un bâtiment dont parfois ils ignorent même la commune précise sur laquelle il se trouve, et beaucoup n'iront pas chercher l'arrondissement. @Stanzilla il-y-a beaucoups des batiments, qui sont très probablement classifié monument historique ou monuments à l’inventaire, que manque a wikimedia.commons. Mais je suis d'accord avec Père Igor de ne plus catigoriser des batiments par canton, seulement des communes.

@Père Igor, le Département de Dordogne a si beacoup des monuments que je pense, c'est raisonable de differencier par arrondissement, aussi par style et par classification. Je pense esp. aux églises romanes et aux châteaux médievaux. Mais si je commence avec ca, il faudrait categoriser les autres styles également. Et comme je fait ca, je trouve encore et encore bâtiments qui sont pas encore catigorisé par style ou par classsification.

Si le département a beaucoup de catégories de châteaux, bâtiments religieux, monuments aux morts, etc., c'est parce que c'est celui où j'habite et que j'aime bien prendre des photos et les partager sur commons. Pour moi, il ne devrait pas y avoir de catégorie croisée à la fois par style et par localisation. En ce qui concerne les photos du Gué de l'Éperon, c'est une (grosse) ferme avec un pigeonnier en forme de tour, apparemment pas un édifice bourgeois. Père Igor (talk) 08:54, 27 August 2020 (UTC)

Ritterstein_in_Donsieders

diese Kategorie halte ich für falsch. Nach https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_Rittersteine und dem Rittersteinebuch gibt es in Donsieders keine Rittersteine. Auch fehlt ein wichtiges Merkmal am Denkmal um es als "vergessener Ritterstein" zu bezeichnen. Pfalz39 (talk) 05:41, 4 October 2020 (UTC)

Onopordum, Acer

Hi AnRo - I saw you'd created a new Category:Onopordum × hortorum for some files formerly at Category:Onopordum acanthium. This name does not have an entry at IPNI so is likely not validly published. What is the parentage and the criteria for distinction, please? A lot of the other Onopordum acanthium files look to me to be the same taxon.

Also above User talk:AnRo0002#Acer platanoides or pseudoplatanus?, the seeds are Acer platanoides, not A. pseudoplatanus - note the broad, flat seeds; A. pseudoplatanus has globose seeds, with a narrower wing. So they will need renaming again :-) If I may make the suggestion, it would be better to have more informative names like [File:Acer platanoides germinating seed, Hockenheim 1.jpg], (et seq.).

As far as I can see, Onopordum × hortorum is a suggestion to distinguish the neophytic whitish garden escapes from the archeophytic Onopordum acanthium, which is much less hairy and greener in appearance. This was suggested in Florist. Rundbriefe 50, 159-174 (2016) by Peter Gausmann and Götz Heinrich Loos, but it appears that this suggestion was just based on the visible differences between these plants, assuming that the garden form is some kind of a hybrid with unknown parents. Some people in Germany use this new taxon anyway, see e.g. [1], [2]. I am not a professional botanist, so my opinion about this may be wrong. But it looks to me like both status and name of Onopordum × hortorum might not be so abundantly clear. I do not know how new taxa must be submitted nowadays (still in Latin?), but that might not have happened. Actually, even though I am German, I had some trouble to understand where the new taxon was supposed to be defined, possibly because something bad happened to the grammar of the sentence with the announcement (first full sentence on page 164 of the publication by Gausmann and Loos). But as there is also a "Part 1" (or "Teil 1") in the title, I suppose that there was supposed to be a second part with the official taxon description, which either has not been published yet or which I cannot find anywhere. --Robert Flogaus-Faust (talk) 18:11, 6 November 2020 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for your edits. I know almost nothing about templates but about cities/year there are several problems. See Category:1930 in Rotterdam for instance. Hallo AnRo, herzlichen Dank für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Das eingezäunte Grab auf der Wiese mit dem weiß beschrifteten Kreuz ist mir bekannt - dass das mal beschädigt war, wusste ich bislang nicht. Wieder was dazu gelernt. Das andere Grab, direkt am Weg (20110706Almet09.jpg), ist mir ebenfalls bekannt. Mittlerweile ist die schöne Weide, unter der es liegt, aber leider gefällt ... war vermutlich faul. Zum Hintergrund meiner Suche: Ich betreibe die Website www.spurensuche-spichern.de und bin daher auf der Suche nach allen noch vorhandenen Denkmälern und Gräbern. Gruß, SR

Are you sure that is S. alba? The shape of leaves is typical for Salix purpurea, also habit of shrub. And BTW in category:Salix purpurea there are at least some pics of Salix cinerea (eg. File:20150519Salix purpurea2.jpg, File:20170529Salix purpurea1.jpg, File:20150519Salix purpurea2.jpg, File:20181117Salix purpurea3.jpg (look how pubescent shoot is - S. purpurea is naked). Peut être est-ce un effet de mon faible niveau de langue mais dans la catégorie ajoutée Category:Station 10: Jesus is stripped of His garments in Pyrénées-Atlantiques je comprends que Jésus aurait été dépouillé de ses vêtements dans les Pyrénées-Atlantiques, peut-être faut-il simplifier en quelque chose du genre Category:10th Station of the Via Crucis in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques' churches en renvoyant la description au chapô puisque il en existe un, avec éventuellement un lien vers WP ?
