J'ai modifié les fichiers que tu as mis pour y mettre la licence adéquate.

J'en profite aussi pour te dire que plusieurs fichiers de la Category:WikiMOOC_2017_screenshots continent des images ou icônes présents sur Commons et, de mémoire, sont soumis à leur propre licence, qui imposent pour la plupart la citation de d’œuvre originale. Voir par ex. File:Mooc2017_51C_C03.png.

Merci de tes indications et de tes remarques pertinentes.
Je suis pleinement conscient des manques d'indications dans les descriptions et aussi l'absence des mentions concernant les icônes et autres représentations graphiques qui m'ont servis à construire les images actuelles. J'étais devant un grand dilemme entre fournir un maximum de fichiers pour le projet du WikiMooc ou appliquer les règles que je ne connaissais pas encore, il y a quelques mois. Je me suis permis de remercier la tolérance qui m'a été octroyé par l'équipe de Commons dans une conversation devant le contexte dans lequel j'étais et je suis encore au présent. J'ai mis sur ma PU, un bandeau indiquant que j’œuvrai actuellement sur le projet du WikiMooc.
Je pense avoir encore pour six mois de mise à jour dans Commons, car j'ai refait beaucoup d'icônes (PNG -> SVG), repris d'autres qui sont maintenant compatibles « W3C Validator » et bien sur de finir l'ensemble des images pour la prochaine session du WikiMooc (encore une petite centaine !), le tout en préparant la prochaine plate forme pour remplacer celle de FUN.
Et un peu comme tous, je relâche très momentanément la pression que nous nous sommes imposés tout en préparant les fichiers PDF's des cours (2 à 3 jours/semaine) et en terminant les graphiques pour la semaine 3.
Bien sur, tout cela, dans la joie et la bonne humeur !
N'ayant pas encore cherché, peut-être me serait-il possible de te demander s'il existe des gadgets ou autres pour faire des modifications de descriptions en lot ?

Pour info, je ne sais pas si tu l'as, mais Help:VisualFileChange.js peut être très pratique pour ce type de maintenance rapide à grande échelle.

Il est vrai que l'équipe est géniale, l'ambiance est très constructive et volontariste, personne ne manque d'humour aussi même si je suis le petit dernier nouveau, j'imagine que mes trente cinq années de pratique informatique compensent un petit peu.
Je garde les indications du « plug-in » sous le coude et le regarder dès le commencement des mises à jour.
Concernant une aide, à cette heure, j'aurai émis le souhait de pouvoir retirer le bandeau de suppression sur la conversation ci-dessus (WikiMooc2017_DPJ1.svg) pour lequel, me semble-t-il, nous sommes arrivés à un consensus d'accord, mais je ne sais pas, par manque de pratique, si je suis autorisé à le faire moi-même. Ou peut être faut-il que je t'en fasse une demande circonstanciée sur ta Pdd pour ne pas mélanger tous les sujets

Droits d'auteur

Merci de votre prompte réponse. @Vpe: est le dépositaire des fichiers. Moi, j'essaye juste de m'occuper de la cohérence des fichiers de la ville de Montpellier où je réside depuis quarante années . Mon souhait aurait été que les fichiers ne soient pas effacés juste par maintenance.

Merci de ces indications chiffrées et effectivement d'en justifier les actions nécessaires devant un tel flux. Dans les cas présents, je me sers des photos existantes de piètre qualité pour aller les reprendre avec un meilleur appareil et les mettre à jour. Je ne sais pas s'il existe un bandeau à apposer sur Commons, indiquant que la photo est en cours de mise à jour, sachant que parfois cela demande plusieurs mois en fonction des feuillages des arbres qui empêchent d'avoir les bons angles de prises de vues ou de rencontrer les personnes pour accéder aux locaux. Actuellement et depuis plusieurs mois, je suis très actif au sein du projet WikiMooc et par passion, je m'occupe des fichiers images de la ville que j'étoffe petit à petit et en écrivant des articles (Square Planchon, hôtel de Lunas par exemple). Mon souhait et ma démarche, au sein de la communauté, est de pouvoir nous donner davantage de moyen pour conjuguer nos talents.

This focus group is new and experimental, and I welcome your tips and thoughts on how we can organize this in the most convenient and productive way. Plan site de Richter

Bonjour. Votre plan du campus de Richter est très intéressant et très utile. Cependant il est à la fois obsolète et il comporte quelques erreurs si, éventuellement vous voudriez bien les corriger : - il n'y a pas de "Faculté de Droit" à Richter (elle est située en centre-ville) - il n'y a plus d'"Université Montpellier I" mais "Université de Montpellier" (1 et 2 ayant fusionnées) depuis janvier 2015 - les UFR AES et l'ISEM ont fusionné pour donner "MoMa" : L'Institut "Montpellier Management", qui est situé sur les 2 bâtiments (B et D) - l’appellation "Maison de l'Etudiant" est fausse, la bonne appellation est "Maison DES Etudiants Aimé Schoenig" - il manque la mention, dans le bâtiment du CROUS, la cafétéria et le Restaurant Universitaire - il faudrait rajouter l'INSET sur le plan (place de la Révolution) Voilà et merci pour vos éventuelles corrections. Me semble-t-il d'avoir fait le nécessaire d'améliorations pour que le fichier représentant le plan du campus soit au plus juste de son contenu. Merci des indications que vous m'avez fournis pour lesquelles j'ai pu en faire un pointage afin d'éviter de réaliser des versions intermédiaires. J'ai validé vos indications par les sources de chacune des structures afin que les informations ne soient pas considérées comme un travail inédit. Au grand plaisir de se croiser puisque nous sommes dans la même ville et foulons les mêmes lieux.

These redesigns are based off the feedback received in the first round of designs, and the development team is looking for more discussion. These designs are extremely important for the Commons community to review, as they deal with how copyright and licensing is translated from templates into structured form. Multilingual captions beta testing

The Structured Data on Commons team has begun beta testing of the first feature, multilingual file captions, and all community members are invited to test it out. Captions is based on designs discussed with the community[1][2] and the team is looking forward to hearing about testing. If all goes well during testing, captions will be turned on for Commons around the second week of January, 2019.

Multilingual captions are plain text fields that provide brief, easily translatable details of a file in a way that is easy to create, edit, and curate. Captions are added during the upload process using the UploadWizard, or they can be added directly on any file page on Commons. Adding captions in multiple languages is a simple process that requires only a few steps.

The details:

• There is a help page available on how to use multilingual file captions.
• Testing will take place on Beta Commons. If you don’t yet have an account set up there, you’ll need one.
• Beta Commons is a testbed, and not configured exactly like the real Commons site, so expect to see some discrepancies with user interface (UI) elements like search.
• Structured Data introduces the potential for many important page changes to happen at once, which could flood the recent changes list. Because of this, Enhanced Recent Changes is enabled as it currently is at Commons, but with some UI changes.
• Feedback and commentary on the file caption functionality are welcome and encouraged on the discussion page for this post.
• Some testing has already taken place and the team are aware of some issues. A list of known issues can be seen below.
• If you discover a bug/issue that is not covered in the known issues, please file a ticket on Phabricator and tag it with the “Multimedia” tag. Use this link to file a new task already tagged with "Multimedia."

Known issues:

• Search is not currently working on Beta Commons. Search is not needed for testing captions, but service should be restored soon.
• Language name display inconsistencies in multilingual file captions
• Language names for multilingual File captions can run into the caption value in the mobile view
• Deleting a caption field that has text that exceeds the limit does not re-enable the "publish" button
• "Edit" tab for past revisions should be "restore"
• When using the back button, recently added captions sometimes don't display in Chrome
• File Captions can't be edited on mobile browsers
• Wrong font weight for some language labels on SDC captions box

Structured Data - file captions coming this week (January 2019)

Hi all, following up on last month's announcement...

Multilingual file captions will be released this week, on either Wednesday, 9 November or Thursday, 10 November 2019. Captions are a feature to add short, translatable descriptions to files. Here's some links you might want to look follow before the release, if you haven't already:

1. Read over the help page for using captions - I wrote the page on mediawiki.org because captions are available for any MediaWiki user, feel free to host/modify a copy of the page here on Commons.
2. Test out using captions on Beta Commons.
3. Leave feedback about the test on the captions test talk page, if you have anything you'd like to say prior to release.

Additionally, there will be an IRC office hour on Thursday, 10 January with the Structured Data team to talk about file captions, as well as anything else the community may be interested in. Date/time conversion, as well as a link to join, are on Meta.

Structured Data - development update, March 2019

A development update for the current work by the Structured Data on Commons team:

After the release of multilingual file captions, work began on getting depicts and other statements ready for release. These were originally scheduled for release in February and into March, however there are currently two major blockers to finishing this work (T215642, T217157). We will know more next week about when depicts and statements can likely be ready for testing and then release; until then I've tentatively updated the release schedule.

Once the depicts feature is ready for testing, it will take place in two stages on TestCommons. The first is checking the very basics; is the design comfortable, how does the simple workflow of adding/editing/removing statements work, and building up help and process pages from there. The second part is a more detailed test of depicts and other statements, checking the edge-case examples of using the features, bugs that did not come up during simple testing, etc. Additionally we'll be looking with the community for bugs in interaction with bots, gadgets, and other scripts once the features are live on Commons. Please let me know if you're interesting in helping test and fix these bugs if they show up upon release, it is really hard to find them in a test environment or, in some cases, bugs won't show up in a testing environment at all.

One new thing is definitely coming within the next few weeks, pending testing: the ability to search for captions. This is done using the inlabel keyword in search strings, and will be the first step in helping users find content that is specifically structured data. I'll post a notice when that feature is live and ready for use.

Structured Data - early depicts testing

The Structured Data on Commons development team has the very basic version of depicts statements available for early testing on Test-Commons. You can add very basic depicts statements to the file page by going into the new “Structured Data” tab located below the "Open in Media Viewer button." You can use the Latest Files link in the left side nav bar to select existing images, or use the UploadWizard to upload new ones to test with (although those images won’t actually show up on the site). The test site is not a fully functional replica of Commons, so there may be some overall problems in using the site, but you should be able to get a general idea of what using the feature is like.

Early next week I will call for broad, community-wide testing of the feature similar to what we did for Captions, with instructions for testing, known bugs, and a dedicated space to discuss the feature as well as a simple help page for using statements. Until then, you're welcome to post on the SDC talk page with what you might find while testing depicts.

Wiki Loves Earth France 2019 a commencé !

J'ai le plaisir de vous annoncer que la cinquième édition du concours Wiki Loves Earth en France est ouverte !

Le concours concernera 368 zones de toute la France, des parcs nationaux jusqu’aux réserves naturelles régionales englobant ainsi des paysages et biotopes variés.

Pendant le mois de mai, n'hésitez pas à mettre en ligne des photos de ces zones que vous auriez sur vos disques durs ou à vous rendre dans une zone concernée près de chez vous (à l'aide de la carte). Le règlement est disponible sur la page du concours.

Les plus belles photos seront sélectionnées par un jury national composé de commonistes, d'acteurs de l'environnement et de photographes professionnels. Departments of France by century

Bonjour, DePlusJean. I noticed that you created categories for departments of France by century, and marked them as metacategories. An example is Category:Gers in the 21st century. These are not metacategories. Category:Gers by century is a metacat, because the category name indicates a sort criterion (century) to show that each subcategory is for an individual century. However, Category:Gers in the 21st century is not a metacategory because the name doesn't specify a sort criterion. I have removed the metacat template from several of those categories, and I'm letting you know so that you can stop adding it. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. Structured Data - computer-aided tagging

The development team is starting work on one of the last planned features for SDC v1.0, a lightweight tool to suggest depicts tags for images. I've published a project page for it, please have a look. I plan to share this page with everyone on Commons much more broadly in the coming days. The tool has been carefully designed to try to not increase any workload on Commons volunteers; for starters, it will be opt-in for auto-confirmed users only and will not generate any sort of backlog here on Commons. Additionally, the tool is highly privacy-minded for the contributors and publicly-minded for the third party being used, in this case Google. The implementation and usage notes contain more information about these and other potential concerns as a starting place. It's really important that the tool is implemented properly from the start, so feedback is welcome. Questions, comments, concerns are welcome on the talk page and I will get answers as quickly as possible as things come up. Mansions ou hôtels particuliers

Bonjour, permettez-moi, sans aucune acrimonie, de trouver incongru que certains contributeurs ignorent encore une de règles de base de Commons. A savoir que les catégories doivent être nommées en langue anglaise. Donc à moins que cela ait changé plus ou moins récemment, la redondance soulignée doit plutôt inciter à poser la question de la pertinence de la catégorie Hôtels particuliers in France. D'autre part la catégorie Mansions existe au niveau international depuis longtemps et le contributeur (ce n'est pas moi) qui a initié la catégorie Mansions in France a très bien expliqué et étayé la définition de cette catégorie. Mansions veut bien dire hôtels particuliers et plus précisément il vaudrait mieux écrire Private mansions, mais ne chipotons pas. D'autre part même si mes connaissances en anglais sont très modestes, manors ne semble pas un faux ami et veut bien dire manoirs qui sont des résidences plutôt de campagne et pas de ville. Il est donc juste de considérer également toutes les catégories Monuments historiques (hôtels particuliers) comme fautives mais là la tâche est titanesque et il faudra "discuter" et négocier pendant des semaines voire des mois avec ceux s'arqueboutant sur leurs erreurs, ce qui, pour moi, est du temps perdu. De plus l'usage de Mansions permet d'éviter la confusion avec Hotels en anglais qui veut dire hôtels d'hébergement ou de voyageurs, confusion assez fréquente vu les quelques corrections que j'ai dû faire. Donc je ne fait que développer une catégorie préexistante et bien nommée au détriment d'une catégorie tout aussi ancienne et très fournie mais mal libellée. Autre erreur, il me semble, classer les hôtels particuliers dans les "Aristocratic estates in France", en effet il est indéniable que ces hôtels ont été construits autant pour le compte de riches bourgeois que pour celui de membres de la noblesse. En effet, il pourrait apparaître comme incongru d'avoir un comportement acrimonieux envers un contributeur qui vous propose de conjuguer vos talents pour tendre vers la même direction. Je vous signale pour indication que notre échange aurait pu être continué sur votre page de discussion comme il est mentionné dans l'aide sur ce sujet.
Je vais tenter de répondre dans votre style d'écriture soutenu et d'y employer les caractères en gras en respect de votre énonciation, même si cela n'est pas vraiment dans ma nature.
Donc, si certains et certaines contributeurs et contributrices ne sont pas tenus d'ignorer une des règles de base de Commons telle que les catégories doivent être nommées en langue anglaise. Ils et elles ont le réflexe de vérifier si un ou des articles correspondent aux catégories existantes. Ainsi de vérifier si les noms : Hôtel particulier, Monument historique et l'Hérault (par exemple) existent tous dans Wikipédia en langue anglaise. Lorsque vous mentionnez « Mansions veut bien dire hôtels particuliers », cette affirmation est fausse. Les article en anglais « Mansion » (Maison de maître en français), « Manor » (Manoir en français) et « Hôtel particulier » (Hôtel particulier en français) sont trois articles différents pour trois catégories architecturales et rôles différents et ne peuvent être amalgamés. Je vais éviter d'aborder le sujet : « Mansions permet d'éviter la confusion avec Hotels en anglais qui veut dire hôtels d'hébergement ou de voyageurs » pour lequel il n'est pas d'une interprétation analytique mais d'une appréciation ophtalmologique. • Bonjour, l'architecture n'est pas mon domaine de prédilection, et mes compétences sont limitées. Les désaccords entre personnes de bonne volonté, et qui sont investies dans le projet, sont toujours frustrants pour toutes les parties. Sur le fond tout le monde a peu raison, sur la forme tout le monde a un peu tort. Explication: le premier message de DePlusJean commence très bien bien mais ce termine par "Je vous laisse le soin de corriger vos actions ?" ce qui tend à impliquer que la discussion est déjà terminée, à mon avis même si ce n’est pas intentionnel, c'est un peu maladroit. La réponse de Finoskov, qui aurait pu essayer de ne pas tenir compte de cette maladresse a choisit d'y répondre, ce qui est, certes, tout à fait naturel, mais aussi un petit peu maladroit. Voilà pour la forme. Pour le fond: la règle précise est "Category names should generally be in English (...) However, there are exceptions such as some (...) names for which the non-English name is most commonly used in the English language". Cet article tend à nous faire penser que c'est le cas. Donc avec mon niveau faible de connaissance en architecture, j'aurai tendance à dire comme DePlusJean que Hôtels particuliers in Hérault est tout à fait adéquate. Cela dit dans un soucis de compréhension et d'internationalisation, la démarche de Finoskov est logique, louable et très largement répandue à travers notre projet. Donc dans la mesure ou Hôtels particuliers in Hérault semble plus spécifique que Mansions in Hérault, il est logique que cette dernière contienne la première, la première fera ainsi partie d'un schéma plus grand et sera donc plus facilement accessible et compréhensible pour le plus grand nombre. Qui plus est, la fr:Villa Laurens semble correspondre à la seconde catégorie mais pas à la première, donc les deux catégories sont à mon avis nécessaire. GO69 : Je me suis permis de modifier l'indentation de votre message pour une meilleure cohérence de lecture Lors de mes investigations en liens avec la situation présente, j'ai pu également constater que vous avez eu des échanges avec le contributeur Finoskov en 2011 et 2018 (lien xtools), me laissant imaginer qu'il n'est pas étranger à votre horizon.
Christian Ferrer : Un grand sincère Merci de ton investissement à mon analyse pour saisir au plus juste de ce que doit être l'avenir du projet Commons et de ses contributeurs et contributrices. La forme rédactionnelle adoptée dans mon message auprès du contributeur Finoskov, illustrée de liens permettant les renvois nécessaires auprès des sources correspondantes pour valider le contenu, a été rédigée dans un esprit pour lequel j'ai pensé que le contributeur avait commis une erreur, comme nous sommes tous capable de faire, et n'avait pas lieu d'élever une nature de consensus au delà d'un simple message. Et de penser, dans un esprit de bonne foi, que la situation serait corrigé afin de ne pas déstabiliser l'existant par une décision unilatérale. Accordant une attention particulière avec chacun et chacune de mes interlocuteurs, j'avais un lointain souvenir d'échange avec Finoskov (lien xtools), mais sans plus d'indications. En fait, l'histoire montre que mon précédent message a été soldé par un effacement pur et simple en guise de réponse.
Concernant la situation présente pour laquelle il n'y a pas ou plus de simple ajout de catégories nouvelles et sujettes à consensus et dialogue. Nous sommes passés au renommage global (Contributions de l’utilisateur) des catégories auxquels les fichiers sont liés rendant la situation anarchique par un débordement comportemental et ne tenant compte d'aucunes considérations, ni des discussions en cours, ni des contributions des autres contributeurs et contributrices, pour parfaire l’œuvre qu'est Commons dans un unissons au quotidien. J'ose espérer qu'il ne faut pas juste un compteur avec beaucoup de contributions mais que ces dernières soient dans l’intérêt de la communauté

A community discussion has been closed where the consensus was to grant all file movers the suppressredirect user right. This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional.

Possible acceptable uses of this ability:

• To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel.
• To perform file name swaps.
• When the original file name contains vandalism. (File renaming criterion #5)

Please note, this ability should be used only in certain circumstances and only if you are absolutely sure that it is not going to break the display of the file on any project. Redirects should never be suppressed if the file is in use on any project. When in doubt, leave a redirect. If you forget to suppress the redirect in case of file name vandalism or you are not fully certain if the original file name is actually vandalism, leave a redirect and tag the redirect for speedy deletion per G2.

The malicious or reckless breaking of file links via the suppressredirect user right is considered an abuse of the file mover right and is grounds for immediate revocation of that right. This message serves as both a notice that you have this right and as an official warning. Truck of the fifties?

Hi DePlusJean,

With this edit you added File:COLLECTIE TROPENMUSEUM Militairen van het KNIL bij een door de brug gezakte legertruck TMnr 60044154.jpg to the category 1950s Morris vehicles which made me wonder if you are absolutely sure.

The description says in Dutch 'between 1920 and 1950' and the filename translates as Museum of the Tropics. Soldiers of the KNIL at an army truck that fell through the bridge, which makes a date after 1949 improbable. As 'Nederlands Indië' became independent in 1948 to form the state of Indonesia, the KNIL retired and ceased to exist in july of 1950. Also the Dutch article on the KNIL notes: Bij de ontbinding bestond het KNIL uit Zuid-Molukkers, Indo-Afrikanen, Toegoenezen, Surinamers, Antillianen en Armenen. Thank you for your message on this modification. Indeed, concerning the category of Morris vehicles of the 50s, I am absolutely not sure. And you're right, observing the details of the truck cab more indicates a vehicle from the twenties or thirties.
Still a little young in the identification of ancient vehicles a few months ago. I made some mistakes in identification due to lack of knowledge and practice on the subject. The goal of my approach is to be able to bring vehicles together in space time in order to be able to identify them more and to refine our research. With military vehicles, the task is sometimes more difficult because their impeccable maintenance and sometimes their modifications make them difficult to identify.
I leave it to you to modify the category or to do it myself to bring it closer to the most probable period of which I share your thoughts... 20s and 30s.

2014 Renault automobiles ?

La Renault Alpine A442B est une voiture de 1978, pourquoi l'avoir mise en "2014 Renault automobiles" ? J'ai enlevé les 4 images que tu avais ainsi catégorisées, et ai relié la catégorie mère (Renault Alpine A442B) à "1978 Renault automobiles". Le but est d'éviter de faire de l'OVERCAT, merci de ne pas (re)mettre les sous-catégories d'A442B ou les fichiers qui y sont dans "1978 Renault automobiles".
Accessoirement, j'ai l'impression que tu as catégorisé en "2014 Renault vehicles" une tripotée de véhicules plus anciens qui n'ont été que pris en photo en 2014, cette catégorisation n'est donc pas pertinente. Cordialement,

Je te l'accorde pleinement, j'ai commis des erreurs, pour lesquelles, je t'en présente sincèrement mes excuses. L'humain est faillible, entre quantité et qualité, il m'est arrivé de ne pas revérifier l’entièreté des détails qui compose chacune des photographies. Bien sur, je veille à éviter de faire de la sur-catégorisation.
Le but de ma démarche, en rapprochant les véhicules Renault de 2014 était de pouvoir les catégoriser comme il a été fait pour l'Espagne avec la catégorie Vehicles in Spain photographed in 2014. Mais, un crash d'ordinateur est venu chambouler tous mes repères et notes prises. J'ai dans l'espoir de revenir sur le sujet dans quelques temps avec de meilleures dispositions.

J'ai enlevé "2014" ainsi que quelques autres années mal placées sur certains véhicules au gré de mes navigations et catégorisations, mais je pense qu'il en reste encore pas mal.
Si j'ai bien compris, c'est une catégorie "vehicles from brand X shot in 20xx" que tu aimerais avoir. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser Automobiles photographed in 2014 et ses catégories sœurs (Automobiles by year of photographing) ou parentes (Road vehicles by year of photographing) ? Quitte à créer celles qui manquent, genre "Automobile by brand and by year of photographing" > "Renault automobile photographed in 2014" ? La hiérarchie est évidemment à bien réfléchir, mais ça pourrait clarifier les choses : les catégories "20xx automobiles/vehicles/vans/cequetuveux" étant normalement réservées aux automobiles/vehicles/vans/cequetuveux sorti⋅es l'année en question, les utiliser en parallèle dans le sens que tu souhaites risquerait de mettre un léger bazar dans le schmilblick . @+

Merci également BarnCas de ta gentillesse et compréhension Effectivement, l'on aurait pu soupçonner le deuxième cas de produits plus ou moins licites avec les douze types de médicaments que je prends au quotidien suite à mon infarctus avec une nécrose à 50 %.
Dans un but pédagogique et pour servir la communauté, après un commencement de catégorisation des marques par années de production, ma pensée était de créer une catégorisation du type Renault vehicles photographed in France in 2014. Cette dernière permettrait d'y placer les véhicules dont nous savons peu de choses à leurs sujets et ainsi d'augmenter la visibilité sous une forme temporelle de localisation, plutôt que de les cantonner dans les oubliettes de la marque correspondante et ainsi de démontrer que ces véhicules sortent et se déplacent. L'autre but de cette démarche, pour les débutants, était de leur offrir la possibilité de catégoriser plus facilement (je rêve parfois !). Et entièrement d'accord avec toi de distinguer la date de production du véhicules, de la date de la photographie et la date d'importation du fichier. Ce raisonnement m'est venu suite à la quantité de fichiers consultés où aucune indications particulières étaient mentionnées sur la photographie, à part la marque et la date de photographie (que j'estime à environ 40 %). Or, un véhicule se déplaçant, peut avoir des plaques d'immatriculation ne correspondant pas au pays dans lequel il a été photographié et ainsi de croiser les descriptions pour identifier le véhicule.

Dans le cas présent, Culex a pleinement raison. Les sculptures sont soumises aux respects des droits d'auteurs (lien). Le sculpteur, Gustave Violet est mort le 14 August 1952 soit 71 years, 9 months and 15 days (années, mois et jours). La mention sur Wikidata porte l'indication : copyrights on works have expired. Il faut atteindre les 70 années révolues pour pouvoir apposer le bandeau {{PD-old-70-expired}} en y indiquant le paramètre : deathyear (année de décès), et ainsi rendre éligible l'import auprès de Commons (lien).
La situation actuelle est de demander à Culex, s'il existe une procédure automatisée permettant de restaurer une image effacée pour une erreur de manquement aux règles de Commons en sachant qu'il ne reste que quelques mois pour que cette dernière soit éligible auprès de la communauté ou s'il faut le faire manuellement en effectuant un import de l'image à nouveau, une fois les 70 années révolues, soit à partir du 15 August 2022. Pour cela, il est possible de rédiger ton desiderata directement en français, soit sur la page de : Commons:Deletion requests/File:Porte de fer ... Train jaune.jpg ou pourquoi pas, directement sur sa pdd.
Personnellement, je ne peux interagir davantage dans ce contexte pour lequel, me semble-t-il, de t'avoir fourni l'ensemble des indications. Le but de cette démarche étant toujours d'apprendre comment faire pour ne pas réitérer les erreurs commises et ainsi de parfaire notre connaissance dont nous sommes demandeurs

Abindidon, Quand la photo a été prise, j'avais bien envisagé la chose pissevinaigrière et donc je m'étais bien abstenu de rechercher de qui était la porte. Cette procédure me l'a indirectement révélé. Je n'ai pas dû être le seul pendant un certain temps à ne pas chercher l'auteur qui n'avait forcément plus mal aux dents : mais voila, le vin a tourné et le vinaigre en est venu dans les PO. Je donne assez de mon temps sur WP pour ne pas en donner encore dans des procédures commonistes ni passer des heures à chercher qui a fait quoi et quand et faciliter le boulot des freins. Je ne vais surtout pas m'adresser à qui tu dis mais n'ayant la mémoire courte, photo sera remise fin août avec {{PD-old-70-expired}} et je te demanderai de bien vouloir relire la réintroduction. Excellente expression que « pissevinaigrière », tu m'as bien fait rire Mais non, mais non, tu as eu raison de prendre cette photo avec un beau ciel d'été et ainsi de parfaire notre connaissance à Toutes et Tous Ensuite... et c'est normal, il y a quelques règles à suivre... comme savoir si l'auteur est mort depuis plus de 70 années afin de pouvoir mettre le bandeau correspondant. Et dans le doute, comme tu l'écris ci-dessus « je te demanderai de bien vouloir relire la réintroduction ». Éventuellement, tu peux te servir des exemples dans ma liste d'importations qui, sans être une référence, permet de te guider de quelques diversités d'imports de fichiers.
Merci Culex pour ton intervention dans la présente rubrique. Autant, j'avais remarqué la présence de fichiers en attente de restauration mais je n'ai pas recherché la procédure de déroulement de la démarche.

When I created the Category:Penstocks in Taiwan page on January 12, 2021 territorial disputes made the news on the island of Taiwan, in doubt I attributed the island to the people's republic of China thinking that a contributor will correct me of my possible error.
Of course, my thoughts are not to play politics or some claims manipulation.
Please correct me for my mistakes, i am only human, who is eager to contribute with sincere respect for the community and its members

Absolutely, I allowed myself to add the templates : Countries of {{Asia}}, {{the Americas}}, {{Europe}} and {{Oceania}}, with the flag and the map that locate each of the countries. I did not put Africa because there were no categories on the subject when the section was created

The purpose of this approach is to allow rapid navigation around the world on the same theme with a pedagogical goal of localization by maps and identification of the flags corresponding to each of the countries. Following the evolution of the number of countries in the same theme, it will be possible to insert the template {{Hidden begin}} to have a scrolling list and keep the same navigation features.

In 2019, I set up the category:Citroën Traction Avant in France, where some thanks were made to me on the subject.

Your wish to limit the Category:Penstocks in Taiwan to the only continent of {{countries of Asia}} does not match the template {{places by decade}} of which, the third section deals with countries over time, which has been accepted by the community.
