Bulk DR's

Hi. Thanks for nominating a bunch of nude spam for deletion. Next time, please open a bulk DR. I use tools called ajax quick delete and quick delete along with visual file change, all of which are available under gadgets. My edits are not “nonsense”; I removed the category Wikimedia LGBT artwork because the Wikimedia LGBT+ User Group does not use these Wikipe-tan images.

She is still correctly categorised under LGBT in anime and manga, LGBT pride colors in clothing, Portraits of adult Wikipe-tan at full length, but if you feel she should also be in Wikimedia LGBT artwork please either provide more information on a Talk: page (perhaps Category talk:Wikimedia LGBT artwork?) or provide a more useful edit summary. “Nonsense edit” is not a useful revert comment; please avoid using it again. — OwenBlacker (talk; please ping me in replies) 08:30, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

Closing deletion discussions on your own uploads

Please don't continue to revert your own closes. It's obviously inappropriate to close discussions related to images you've uploaded, just as it would be inappropriate for the nominator to close them. You redirected it to a file that does indeed show a penis with pubic hair, though the file’s description and categories didn’t (until I changed them just now) reference the pubic hair, so it was a bit weird. I shared your same opinions in the "discussion" in Commons:Deletion requests/File:Venus de Tamtoc 2.webm I even asked questions which were not answered by anyone, which I find strangely appalling. But interestingly you brought up an interesting point -- showing a comparison of the recreation I did with the statue. I would love to show a comparison, but there is no Commons image of the statue that I know of. Do you have any suggestions on how to display the comparisons. Just so that User here can see the scope. Dronebogus, I think it's best you stay away from the ANU report and other related areas, and also avoid uploading porn or whatever. Maybe help tackle the Commons backlog instead? This would certainly be more constructive. Your comment at TSC's talk page comes off as quite deflective and also you should read the essay on why you shouldn't call the kettle black. I think a good condition for unblock is

1. Don't engage at the ANU/DR discussion for the IBAN for the remainder of its duration and neither should you make any mention of the discussions or JSS unless specifically asked to comment by another user.
2. No asking for anyone in the discussion to be blocked/have sanctions imposed, directly or indirectly.
3. No uploading any sexualised material (the such that led to the DR and this discussion in the first place) broadly construed. Everything you upload should satisfy COM:EDUSE.

Top two apply until the ANU discussion ends, bottom one applies until the ANU discussion ends and DR1, DR2, DR3, and DR4 end. This applies until the latest of the 5 ends. Question

I don't want to beat a dead horse about past behavior that's already been dealt with or anything like your doing with me in ANU right now. So don't take this as at all related to your recent issues with pornography, but have you though about creating something like "Wikiproject pornography", "Wikiproject LGBTQ+]], or something similar? I ask because I know you spend a lot of time in that area and it's clearly controversial. So it might help if there was a central place to discuss and coordinate how to organize and/or other with media related to those topics. Otherwise it just seems like anything having to do with pornography and/or LGBTQ+ issues is just scattered everywhere and there's no clear standards or "group" of people with the same goals working in those areas. And there really should be.

I'm strongly of the belief that at least some of the chronic issue people like you and me run into on here stem from structural issues with the lack of clarity and coordination when it comes to the areas we both work in. I know Commons:WikiProject Postcards has lead to a images of postcards being a lot better organized and documented. I also feel a lot less alienated working on postcards because there's other people who are interested in the area that I can throw ideas off of and work with. At the end of the day this a workplace and there isn't going to be a civil, collaborative work environment unless we put the time into creating it through Wikiprojects, clarifying chronic points of contention in the guideline Etc. How to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category

When you want to ask for speedy-delete of an empty category, best practice is to mark it with {{SD|C2}} if it would be OK to re-create it in the future, given that appropriate content becomes available or {{SD|C1}} if it is an inappropriate category name that should not be reused. In particular, this is better practice than just blanking the category page, as you did at Category:Videos of homosexual vaginal sex. ("C1" and "C2" come from Commons:Criteria for speedy deletion).
